Physical Assault
Very concerning experience on Aeromexico flight AM664. During deplaning, another passenger physically pushed my mother at throat level to force his way into the aisle, and his companion escalated the situation further. This was clear physical aggression in a confined space.
Whatâs worse, the cabin crew did not properly assess the situation and appeared to side with the aggressor without understanding what happened.
As frequent international travelers, weâve never experienced anything like this. Passenger safety and crew response were both unacceptable.

Absolutely disgusting experience with Aeromexico. I paid extra for a flexible ticket that clearly stated I could change my flight without additional cost. That was the ONLY reason I chose this airline, because my return flight to Israel was cancelled and I needed flexibility.
When I tried to change my flight in the app, suddenly the ticket was ânot changeableâ and I was told to call customer service. After waiting on the phone, the agent told me I had to remove my check-in and give up the seat I PAID for â with no refund â just so he could check the price difference - and said I would need to pay a difference. Um, why???
So what exactly is the point of paying for a flexible ticket if you still have to pay more and give up everything you paid for just to see new prices?
It gets worse.
When I asked him to check several dates, he told me he only has three attempts to search flights and that I need to hang up and call again. This is one of the most ridiculous excuses I have ever heard from customer service. It was obvious he just didnât want to help.
Then when I asked to speak to a manager, he didnât transfer me to anyone. He just put the line on silence and left me waiting until I realized nobody was coming. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.
I am currently stuck because my flight back home to Israel was cancelled, which is exactly why I paid for a flexible ticket in the first place â and Aeromexico made the situation 10 times more stressful.
This airline advertises flexibility, but in reality it feels like a trap to get more money out of you.
Misleading information, terrible customer service, and zero accountability.
I will never fly Aeromexico again, and I strongly recommend anyone who values their time, money, or sanity to stay far away from this airline.

Never Flying AeroMexico again
I had a disappointing experience flying with Aeromexico. One of the flight attendants was noticeably rude and dismissive toward me, responding to basic questions with impatience and a lack of professionalism. What stood out even more was the contrast in behavior, she was friendly, smiling, and accommodating with other passengers that looked like her, while my interactions felt cold and unwelcoming. She raised her voice and snatched the boarding pass out my hand while trying to verify seats.
Additionally, there was inconsistent enforcement of policies. I was asked to unplug my USB device during takeoff and landing, while other passengers were allowed to keep theirs plugged in without being addressed. This inconsistency raised concerns about fairness and equal treatment.
We were also seated at the very back of the aircraft, which added to an already uncomfortable experience. Overall, the service felt inconsistent and unprofessional. All passengers should be treated with the same level of respect and courtesy.

This company is NOT cheap and customer service is horrible.i have no choice I purchased one seat ( 1050 pesos ) for seat my wife 2 row behind my son because if something happens to son least one adult need to be closer . TrÚs mauvaise expérience avec Aeromexico.
Nous avions payé pour choisir nos siÚges afin de pouvoir faire ce vol de 10 heures ensemble. Jâavais également choisi un siÚge cÃŽté allée, car je me sens vite étouffée en avion et jâai besoin de pouvoir me lever facilement.
Au moment de lâembarquement, sans aucune explication ni demande de notre avis, la compagnie a changé les siÚges de presque tous les passagers et a réimprimé de nouveaux billets.
Résultat : je me suis retrouvée au siÚge du milieu, coincée entre deux hommes, alors que jâavais spécifiquement payé pour un siÚge cÃŽté allée, et mon conjoint a été placé à lâautre bout de lâavion. Nous avons donc payé pour un service que nous nâavons tout simplement pas eu, et avons été séparés pendant tout le vol.
Le plus choquant est que personne ne sâest excusé, aucune explication claire, rien du tout.
Lâembarquement a été totalement chaotique : énormément de valises ont été fouillées à la porte, tout le monde attendait pendant que les agents réorganisaient lâavion, et le vol a finalement décollé avec 1 heure de retard à cause de cette organisation catastrophique.
Payer pour choisir ses siÚges, demander un siÚge cÎté allée pour des raisons de confort, et se retrouver au dernier moment au milieu et séparés, sans la moindre considération ni excuse, est tout simplement inacceptable. TrÚs déçus par Aeromexico.

I flew business class with Aeroméxico. The whole experience was dreadful. At 10 times the cost - £3300 a ticket instead of £330 for economy, you donât get a lounge and there really isnât much difference between the two apart from a slightly comfier seat, a seat you canât even lie flat and have to be at about 20 degrees! When I asked for a drink they said you have to wait for when they come round, but then didnât for 30min. Average food they served at 1am (but on a nicer tray! Wow)

I honestly wouldnât waste your money. The airline is very bad even for a 10th of the price as I few out economy so can give you a direct comparison.

The company's app and website did not work to allow me to make changes to my flight. I had to call in to change the flight and pay an additional fee, the agent changed the flight to the incorrect time, I was unable to see this until they sent me an email with an attached PDF. I later called back to discuss the incorrect change, they said they would call me back. Unfortunately, they never called back so I had to book a different flight at a different time, incurring another expense.

Our customer service agent Christina was amazing! We had a situation where a friend of mine was stuck in Guadalajara after the civil unrest, and her phone was not working. I called Aeroméxico customer service from Canada, and after an hour on hold, I acted as a mediator between my friend on facetime and Christina the agent. She was able to get my friends rebooked on a flight that same day!! Huge shoutout to her for being patient and understanding our situation

Nos tuvieron en el avión más de 40 minutos y el aire acondicionado no se encendÃa pedimos y solicitamos que no aguantábamos el calor que nos sentÃamos mal de salud porque el avión no tenÃa aire acondicionado y nos dijeron que hasta que el avión despegar y se encendieran los motores. Iban a poner el aire acondicionado. Realmente yo viajo por todo el mundo y este es primera vez que me tienen en un avión sin aire acondicionado no le recomiendo viajar en Aeromexico, pues van a sufrir de mucho calor.
Refused EU261 Compensation and Withheld Evidence
I am extremely disappointed with Aeroméxicoâs handling of my case.
My journey departed from Madrid and arrived more than 12 hours late at the final destination. Under EU Regulation 261/2004, this clearly falls within the scope of passenger rights protection. However, Aeroméxico refused compensation, claiming âextraordinary weather circumstances,â while refusing to provide any documentary evidence to support this claim.
Instead of transparency, I received generic legal language stating that internal airport or ATC documents cannot be shared with passengers. While they claim they would provide documentation to authorities if formally requested, they refuse to provide any proof directly to affected passengers.
During the disruption, the entire itinerary was changed. Instead of the originally booked routing with 17 hours travel time and two connections, we were rerouted with significantly longer travel time, multiple additional check-ins, repeated baggage collection and re-checking, and an arrival around 12 hours later than scheduled. No proactive communication was provided.
This experience felt dismissive and non-transparent. Passenger rights under EU261 are not optional, and simply invoking âweatherâ without substantiation does not inspire trust.
I have escalated the matter to the relevant aviation authorities.
I expected better from an international carrier. Would give 0 stars if possible!

9 Stunden in Mexico City
Ich hatte insgesamt fast 6 Stunden auf zwei FlÌge verteilt VerspÀtung, beide Aeromexico. In Paris die Zeit totzuschlagen ist die eine Sache aber Mexico City ist einfach mal ein anderes Level. So ein ungemÌtlicher, unÌbersichtlicher, lauter Flughafen. Da will man sich nicht unbedingt 9 Stunden aufhalten. Mehr als Geld ausgeben ist dort auch nicht möglich.
Die Flugzeuge von AM sind wirklich veraltet, kein Bluetooth, die USB Ports sind alle verschlissen und die Filme sind oft nur in Englisch verfÃŒgbar. Essen war ok. Die Durchsagen versteht kein Mensch.

J'avais un vol Mexico city Madrid le 31/01/2026. Celui ci a été décalé au lendemain au dernier moment avec pour raison le mauvais temps (les vols continuaient d'arriver).
Aucune communication de la compagnie et surtout aucune compensation pour les frais engendrés par ce retard (nuits d'hotels x2, nouveau billet d'avion car j'ai loupé ma correspondance)
