Engaged me as a contractor, assigned tasks, then terminated after 4 days with no 7 days notice and refused to pay $135 USD owed. When I requested payment, falsely claimed the company is UAE-based.

I do not recommend using Lachie McKay from Aesthetic Acquisition Co for business advertising or backend management services.

I have worked with Slimming Studio for a number of years and became involved with Lachie assisting Jenny over the last year. During that time, we experienced ongoing issues with communication, lack of transparency, repeated delays in providing agreed access to platforms including GHL and Stripe, and the continued use of our business images, videos and branding without authorisation despite previous discussions requesting this cease.

Of particular concern was the continued display of client images after it had been clearly communicated that the individuals involved were in sensitive domestic violence circumstances where privacy and safety were paramount.

We also had concerns regarding advertising and revenue figures presented publicly, which in our opinion did not accurately reflect true business profit once advertising spend and operational costs were taken into account.

Throughout the process, requests for clarification and resolution were frequently met with inconsistent information, delays and poor follow-up, ultimately resulting in a significant breakdown of trust.

As business owners, we value professionalism, accountability, transparency and respectful communication. Unfortunately, this was not our experience, and we hope this review assists other businesses in making informed decisions before engaging these services.

DO NOT use this agency.
absolutely hopeless and very un professional. so many complaints from clients about their booking experience. none of them know how to book or manage appointments bookings at wrong times under wrong names for wrong treatments in wrong clinics.
they will take your money and leave your business in a mess. RUN

Terrible, stay away. Doesn't return calls either..
