Shoes fell apart after five wears. $495 retail price for a pair of ballet flats and the leather on the backs of th heels has completely peeled off? I paid half of that amount but still⊠yikes. Farfetch and Aeyde did nothing to help. Completely unresponsive and unhelpful. And to make matters worse, because itâs outside of the return policy PayPal is also unable to help me. Iâm out $240, and now have to buy a new pair of ballet flats. These are not well made shoes.

Beware. They charge for returns and itâs not cheap. The process of returns is not clearly explained on their website so this came as a surprise. Shoe sizes are also not particularly well explained. I got a shoe size that would normally fit me and the shoes sent were massive.
