Ordered a part- never received - when I reached out they kept saying 5–11 business days. Never came. Asked for a refund and to cancel and they ghosted me- no refund… nothing. Why are companies like this not charged with theft? They are stealing from people

Bought a bearing from them, the shipping took very long time, Requested return and waited for their approval, they never responded with anything!

Do not buy from them!

Never shipped my products. ordered on June 30th and they never shipped my items to me. Scamming company!

Terrible. Their shipping times are really slow, I waited 6 weeks on one item and never received the second shipment. They sent me the wrong branded parts but charged me for the high end OEM parts. Their customer service does not respond to queries and overall a terrible experience. I would never shop from them again. Buyer Beware!

Bought Item, months pass and there is no information on if the item is being shipped and you can not get in contact with anybody from the company SCAMMERS!!!
