Purchased 2025 Intuit Tax - and not only did they NOT provide a license code, but both of their email addresses are bogus.

SCAM. I purchased the TurboTax product from the website and was given an error for the license code. I opened a chat to get help, but there was no response. When I sent an email to the email listed, it was kicked back with a message saying the address doesn't exist. I was able to download the software, but without the code it was useless. Don't waste your money.

Besides the 1 star reviews of other reviewers, there are more red flags. The address 3024 SE Tacoma St, Portland, OR 97202 is an apartment. This "company" never answers its phone. The chat box is there to collect personal information only. As another reviewer pointed out, aFastTax.com threatened to revoke the software activation code if a "victim" disputes the charge. TurboTax activation codes are generated and validated only by Intuit’s licensing servers. A legitimate reseller has no direct ability to deactivate or revoke a code after sale. BIG RED FLAG: scammer alludes to possible installation/activation code error "activation code is assigned to another user". This error does not happen with legitimate Turbotax software unless a legitimate user is trying to do more than five efiles. Some Turbotax scammer/hackers have been able to circumvent the licensing issue and have figured out how to sell the same activation code to multiple people. The scammer is counting on the user having only 1 or 2 companies to efile. If one victim to this fraud tries to perform 5 efiles, the Turbotax software will throw off an error stating you are allowed only 5 efiles. How do I know this? I fell victim to this fraud some years back when I purchased Turbotax Business on eBay. Another red flag: the scammer warns that one must uninstall any previous versions of Turbotax. Turbotax allows multiple years to remain installed on the same computer. A user might have to file an amended return. Another RED FLAG: credit card payments are not going to aFastTax. This technique allows the scammer to close one bank account (taking the ill-gotten gains) and replace it with another without having to take down the website until the website itself gets flagged and is taken down. BIGGEST RED FLAG: This website is hosted by a proxy server NGINX ("engine x"). It is an HTTP web server, reverse proxy, content cache, load balancer, TCP/UDP proxy server, and mail proxy server written by Igor Sysoev. The server proxy points outside the United States. DO NOT MAKE THIS PURCHASE!!!

Look at their address, try calling the number, look at their threats if you get your bank involved. I've filed a fraudulent alert with my bank and will get a new credit card.

I should have trusted Frances's review. Ordered and paid with credit card online. Received download link but have not yet received activation code. Tried to contact numerous times by email and text with zero response. I will dispute the charge with by credit card company.

All of the positive reviews were written around the same time in October. Red flag right there. I wouldn't trust Afasttax

Best price for TurboTax. I needed a C++ package, but the download was from the Intuit web site, using my login credentials, so I was confident. Started doing my taxes today, so couldn't be more perfect

This is a FAKE site and the positive reviews on Trustpilot are FAKE as well. This site is a scam.

Best price I could find for Turbo Tax. Event beat Amazon, Sam's Club, and Costco price by a bit. Easy to order, instant delivery

Agent was too good. She had gone through every step patiently and helped me resolve the issues and file my return successfully

The state return was easy for me. Again it knew what I was paying to the Feds in taxes and all that stuff. Both Fed and State took me about an hour, and the calculations are accurate! Many times had to go back and fix additions with paper and pen. Both State and Fed questions have "help/more" buttons to explain what these crazy laws politicians made to get re-elected.

They are great, as usual. Fast delivery, good prices, no problems. Nothing more to say.
