Excellent personalized management and service especially by Care Manager Astrid Depasse .
I highly recommend Leora Healthcare , mum was lucky enough to be cared for a few hours per week at home by Care worker Myriam, she made our lives so much better with her care of mum and Myriam attended to all aspects of house work , a true Angel .

We are with Leora- (formerly AFEA) for a long time. We find them reliable, efficient, respectful and honest. If there is any change in Carer's scheduled timing or change in Carer coming to our home we are informed in advance with the name and profile of the person coming.
Whenever we are charged for the service it is immediately reported to us about the charges claimed by the service provider. The carers maintain the times of arrival most of the time and if they are late or coming early we are informed accordingly in advance.
Leora is well managed. We expect them to train their carers more while working with blind people.

The communication and flexibility are amazing. never an issue when we need to change service times/days. always friendly and accommodating to the client's needs.

I would like to mention Care Manager Astrid Care Coordinator Vani and support worker miss Daman.

Anytime I call the office or whenever they call me the treaty me with maximum respect. They are very professional and also the carer are very kind.

My brother, suffers from schizophrenia, and has carers four times a week taking him out for socialisation, shopping and community interaction with people like himself.
Richard loves going out with his carers and it is the highlight of his week. They are kind and caring and understanding of Richard's condition.

I can see that Leora Healtcare gives itself to effort on the way to recovery. I appreciate this very much!
