Has potential, but needs user experience improvement
The Positives:
- The software works, in terms of generating re-occurring commissions/income.
- Cash payouts, via Wise, work as well. I have received numerous Wise payments with actual cash deposited into my bank account.
- Questions are answered extremely quickly via the community telegram group (usually in minutes). There is always help available if you have questions, or concerns. etc.
- The owner Max seems genuine and wants to users to be happy with his product. He checks in with his users personally to see how they are doing.
Areas of Opportunity:
- There is a lack of detailed instructions on how to use the software, or examples. Users struggle with how to use the system effectively. Requests for group calls, or detailed examples are promised, but not delivered.
- Rules regarding how the software functions changes, unfortunately worsening the user experience. These changes are communicated casually through a telegram group, but no official updates on the website/app. The reasons for these changes are either not provided, or do not align logically. Information provided is often vague, or users are advised that the answer is "complicated".
- There seems to be a general lack of focus on the user experience/customer service, and when users have complained, or voiced frustration, they are told how grateful they should be for being able to use the service.
Overall:
The software works, but there seems to be a gap in communication/instructions, and overall user experience. After using the software for 4+ months, I would say that it would work best with an investment of over 10K, and it would likely take at least 1.5 years of using the software regularly to get back to break even and start earning a profit. (this is my own assessment, as there are no examples or use cases provided). I believe the owner wants to create a good business model, and is very proud of his work, but in my opinion there needs to be a larger focus on the user experience. Listening to the feedback of your customers is key. The software is easy to use, but also requires the users to manually perform a lot of steps through various different schedules (3 days, 10 days, 10-14 days, monthly) on a regular basis that seem unnecessary. The user journey is somewhat clunky. I will keep using the software as I now have monthly re-occurring commissions that covers the cost of the monthly membership, but it will be a significant amount of time before net profit is realized.
