AffiliateWP has been a game-changer for levelling up our existing affiliate program, which was feeling a little tired and never quite got off the ground.

I love having such wide range of tools for really engaging our affiliates, and the impact has been immediately noticeable.

More than this, the support from the team has been phenomenal. I made a little bit of a mess when migrating from our own plugin - and even though it was entirely my doing, the support team at AffiliateWP (specifically Prasant) went above and beyond to help get things back on track and running smoothly again. I've been in the online space for 20 years and have not experienced this level of customer support.

Simply could not recommend AffiliateWP any higher.

We had an issue with our commission calculations not reflecting the correct order totals, and the AffiliateWP support team was extremely helpful throughout the process. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and guided us step by step until the issue was fully resolved. Thanks to their support, our commission system is now working accurately. We truly appreciate their professionalism and assistance. Highly recommended!

Customer service lacks. Except when you try to NOT renew your subscription, then they will email you for three weeks straight, daily. Even after I told them we are not renewing and to not email us they still do. They tried to process my payment daily for three weeks, thankfully my card had expired. So annoying.

took me 7-10 page views to cancel the subscription just so annoying and stupid. not appreciated!

Scam billing setup:
I hope readers of this review will agree that sometimes people move on. I wanted to move on and tried to cancel the subscription.
They do not provide an email address to send a request to cancel, but HEY, they have a "Cancell" button in the account area.
The button loaded next page with "Can we address the issue/No thank you,cancel" -> I pressed the second "cancel".
Went to check my subscription status, and it still shows "Active" while the "renewal date" is approaching.
I went to the "Payment Method", deleted Credit Card info. I then went to my bank and locked the virtual card which I used to purchase the original subscription. I then deleted this V card altogether.
Renewal time came, there comes my bank's notification: "AffiliateWP - $749 charge".
My goodness, they don't even have a package with the "regular" price like this.

Here is another "insult to injury" from their "refund policy":
"...If adequate notice is not received and your credit card is subsequently charged, you will not receive a refund. Renewals are non-refundable."

There is no peaceful "exit" here, people!!!

I have no words...

I needed an affiliate program for my WordPress website, so I started by trying three of the big names in the industry. Days of back-and-forth with technical support, multiple setups, and endless frustration — none of them worked.

The only issue I ran into was figuring out how to display my terms of service. I reached out to support and got a reply within a few hours. Not only did they explain the fix, they actually offered to go into my site and take care of it for me.

I accepted, and by the next morning everything was working flawlessly.

I’m not easily impressed, but this company genuinely stands out. Highly recommended.

Great product for affiliate marketing, but what really stands out is the customer service. The team is always responsive, helpful, and goes the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. Couldn’t be happier!

While the plugin is great, simple to use, it is also riddled with spam. I delete at least 30 sometimes upwards of 100 spam registrations a day. It takes some of the fun out of it for me. Not sure what they can do about that.

We have recently implemented AffiliateWP onto our website and it is a fantastic plugin that really has helped us achieve our affiliate goal for social media influencers but also some B2B salesman commissions too. Omar specifically was a great help with the White Glove Setup they offered for not much more money. He helped every step of the way, even when we had new questions and problems. He was always more than happy to help and had efficient quick answers that helped us solve the problem's right away. Overall it is a fantastic and easy to use product with lots of solutions to help with any affiliate program.

Support does not ask for repetitive information. The prompts and steps prior to providing details regarding our problem works. This streamlines the process.
