Very helpfu, very polite and good back delivery.

Excellent Service and Quick Turnaround!

Mum had an issue with her hearing aid which suddenly stopped working, so I contacted the company for support. Their customer service team was extremely helpful and polite from the very beginning. They advised me to post the device to them for inspection and repair, which I did.

To my surprise and delight, the entire process was handled very efficiently the hearing aid was repaired and returned to me within just two weeks. Not only was it fixed perfectly, but they also extended the warranty by an additional six months, which gave me great peace of mind.

Throughout the process, the staff I dealt with were courteous, professional, and reassuring. It really felt like they genuinely cared about helping me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience top class service from start to finish!

As a first time user of hearing aids and not in a position to spend £4000 on brand new hearing aids I had googled other alternatives, I came across affordable hearing. I’d sent an email to which Zoe had taken the time out of her evening to call me on the phone and discuss options and what budget I had at the time. Asked me various in depth questions about my listening habits, what environment I work in noise wise and what I was hoping to get out of my hearing aids apart from the ability to hear well again. With this she had a look at the inventory of what she had in stock and recommended a pair of Oticon OPN 3. These hearing aids have been fantastic other than the odd little glitch while streaming which has been cured with a simple restart. She was even able to have them programmed and sent to me in time for Christmas 2024. Even checked in with me after I had received them to make sure everything was ok and to check I was getting on with them. Would highly recommend and will definitely be looking to upgrade my current pair in the future. Thank you!

I got in touch with affordable hearing first thing on a Monday morning and spoke to Zoe explaining that I had lost my hearing aids and was in need of some replacements despite The fact she was mid holiday after a few e-mails and phone calls she managed to program a pair of excellent aids and send them out the same day a service that goes above and beyond in my opinion many thanks

Customer service is super they follow you from A to Z until the service is complete and satisfactory.

Zoe was incredibly helpful for a first time user like myself, providing lots of advice. Her responses were rapid, and she was available pretty much all the time. The options available are mind boggling so you really need someone who understands, from a user perspective, which 'bells and whistle' are useful or otherwise before spending a lot of money.

Explained product choice options and technology well and how hearing aids would be set up to align with my hearing test results. Answered all my technical queries and concerns clearly.
Product and service are priced fairly, after sales service excellent and quick to respond to any needs.
