Great service, Rang john to see if he could come out immediately and there was no problem with that, came out and sorted my leaking roof, can't thank him and his team enough. I will be using him again.

Quick response to my call/a day later was out to access my problem then 2 days later out to complete work.....
Video taken before/after roof work to show what was needed/done....
Very quick/efficient....

I had my roof fixed and John did a great job of keeping me up to date and sending pictures. Once it was completed I thought there was a leak and he came back straight away to review but it was just damp escaping from the walls from the previous leak. There a was leak due to animal damage and John came back the next day to fix - very impressed with the service

John and his team provided a very professional service, they did an excellent job on my roof, they were friendly and polite, left everything clean and tidy, and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Poor communication, late notice cancellations and finally a no-show at an arranged date and time to do the job. Not turning up to the job and with no communication before or afterwards was hugely frustrating. If you need reliability, communication and confidence in a tradesman, then I suggest you look elsewhere.

I contacted John for a quote to fix our roof. Some ridge tiles had come loose, and the mortar was crumbling out of the edges of the roof verge, and we also needed some lead flashing installing where we had a leak. John responded quickly and provided a detailed quote which was very reasonable. We agreed a day and he arrived promptly and completed the job without any fuss. Really happy with his work and would recommend.
