There are not enough words in the English language to explain how awesome my experience was! Sean was amazing and was so very kind. I explained to him that I am claustrophobic and he understood and told me he would treat me as if I was his sister, and he did! He went above and beyond what I expected!! I recommend this place to anyone. The price is amazing and the service is over the top!! Thank you again Sean and Angela for making this procedure so easy!!

I was fairly nervous about using this service and at first questioned the facility recommended to me based off bad yelp reviews. BUT... going through them via Nicole was great. She arranged everything, the place was fine, and any issues I did have along the way she addressed quickly and with competence. Thank you Nicole!

I had a really positive experience with Affordablescan recently. My son needed an MRI. Kaiser charged $1100 and their earliest appointment was going to be in 2 weeks at 10 pm. So it was very inconvenient and expensive. I submitted a request for an appointment with an MRI place in the Bay area through Affordablescan. Just know that the appointments aren't confirmed until they get back to you. Nicole was my point person at Affordablescan. She was extremely responsive, efficient and professional. She couldn't accommodate my first choice but was able to secure a next day appointment. Everything was done online and through text. Cost was $450. So there was a big saving in time and money. I would definitely recommend this place if you need any type of scan

A couple of months ago I reserved a MRI on AffordableScan. Shortly after leaving the deposit for my scan, I got a call from Nicole, who confirmed with me the date and time of my appointment, and that I knew how to get there, what to bring, etc. She was very friendly and personable, so I felt comfortable asking her a question regarding the MRI that I had been ordered to get. Despite this question being something that she couldn't have possibly known the answer to, Nicole promised me that she would research the issue and call me back. Low and behold, she kept her promise and got back to me promptly... something that's very rare these days! Nicole proved to be even more helpful afterwards. I had an issue at the MRI place (which had nothing to do with AffordableScan), and Nicole maintained constant and very timely communication with me to reschedule. But after I rescheduled, my doctor called me to tell me that I no longer needed the scan! I never expected to get a refund from AffordableScan, so I didn't call Nicole back. Just recently, my doc ordered for me to get a chest x-ray. So I reached out to Nicole (again!) to see if she would apply my original deposit towards this x ray. Even though Nicole wasn't able to find a location for the chest x-ray near me (I am now farther away), she decided to completely refund me the deposit! WOW!!!

I am very grateful to Nicole and AffordableScan for their generosity. *Very* few companies these days operate with the speed, accesibility, helpfulness and friendliness that they do! Thank you so much!!

Nicole was absolutely amazing at finding me the best and most affordable price to receive my MRI!!! I couldn’t find anywhere or any information that was helpful to me but she made everything so easy for me, she did all the work all I had to do was show up. And the MRI center was very professional and Sean did an amazing job with making me feel extremely comfortable. I’d refer Nicole to anyone. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Such a great experience with Nicole, she quickly got my sister and I booked for same day ultrasounds. She was especially helpful over text as I was in middle of conference calls and needing to deal with health issues. Will absolutely use this service again and have already started recommending it!

I had gotten an MRI completed earlier this year. The process through AffordableScan is not only easy but reliable. It’s one of the only service agencies that actually care about their customers. I’ve had two encounters and both representatives (Angela and Nicole) handled my case within a 24 hour period and were helpful at helping understand my bill and requirements for service. Don’t let insurance and medicaid bills take advantage of you. Consider using this service to get the procedures you need done fast and fair priced.

Nicole at Affordable scan was very helpful and Nice. It was great that there are options for an open MRI, because I’m claustrophobic. The front desk and technician (Kevin) at the Glendale office were both very kind.

Nicole was a complete Angel 😇. She went beyond my expectations to find me medical assistance because of where I live.

I recently had to retire at the age of 44 because I have to take care of my mother who has Alzheimer’s. And as we all know, no job no insurance especially if you have a pre existing condition. Nicole was so helpful and genuinely concerned, she even expressed concern for my unfortunate situation.

I had a great experience and I would recomend affordable scan great service. Great prices.

Angela was my consultant. I don’t even know how to say thank you in a way it’s enough to show how much I appreciate everything she did to me. I was asking ton of questions(which makes anyone to be annoyed but not her) and then I disappeared for a week. And then I realized that actually I need this x-ray and messaged her again and she was right away here to help!
Thanks to Angela I was able to do an x-ray for just 120$ (60$ an order and 60 is an imaging)!
I don’t have any insurance and I was afraid that there will be some “hidden fees” and later I’ll receive 4-figure bill but no, 120 is 120!
(Also the doctor who gave an order was answering questions really fast and even my stupid questions were answered)
