Customer service is good however sofas very uncomfortable for the price paid

Brilliant shopping experience from order to delivery. Two hour time slot for delivery, quick assembly. Brilliant staff.

4 star rating as communication wasn't to good after the order but apart from that all is well very happy with delivery and my sofa.

I ordered and was pleased to say I did not wait long at all for delivery .the 2 men what delivered were extremely professional and chatty and were quick but the sofas were I wanted them my only criticism was I had to remove all the packaging and had no were to put it as there was alot but thank you iam pleased x

Sofa came quick happy with quality as really good. Installation guys were brilliant very quick and professional couldn't fault service .

Bought a lovely sofa with a footstall. Encountered a few minor problems but everything was sorted out and am very happy with purchase.

Once you’ve placed your order you don’t have any communication till they ring you to book the delivery in. Was given a 2 hour time slot and a link to track the delivery drivers. Was brought up to my flat no issue and the sofa is lovely

Right from the moment I placed the order to the minute it was delivered I have been left with nothing but calm and joy.
The ordering process was slick, the customer service team when I had to call about something with my order was on point and the delivery team were so polite and professional. I don't usually give reviews but had to with this purchase, I highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting their dream sofa, I was so happy with the customer service so helpful in everyway, the sofa was top quality at such affordable price, the best value for money i have seen on the market , the delivery was super quick aswell, I'm over the moon with my purchase.
