The hotels, tours were incredible and always someone around to help yiu

We had a great time, everything was just as described. We had a medical crisis and the tour guides were there every step of the way to help us through it. I would highly recommend this company!!!

It was an awesome experience. The service was pleasant, professional and all the Tour Guides was awesome. The transportation was on point.
Truly will be using the company again.

We recently did a trip to Bangkok/Phuket/Singapore. Overall we were pleased with the arranged tours, pickups and transfers. We enjoyed the Centara hotel in Bangkok and its convenience to the mall. The hotel staff and breakfasts were fantastic. A special compliment for the bread pudding. I was a sought-after breakfast treat. The pool was in need of serious repairs and we would have preferred a better location where we could walk safely. The Phuket hotel - Novatel Kamala was quite a disappointing experience. Service, hotel maintenance, room conditions and food was mediocre at best. Please consider an alternate hotel. In Singapore the accommodation, service and hospitality from the staff was extremely warm and generous. Food was delicious and diverse. The local MRT train experience was awesome. We really enjoyed the diversity of food in Little India, Arab Street as we were getting a little tired of 100% Asian offerings midway into the trip. The Sultan Restaurant on Arab Street was a welcomed treat. The offerings were awesome. We did not enjoy the idea of not being told in advance about paying extra for luggage as we flew to different cities and only learned of these charges about a day ahead from our Tour Guide. Please consider advising passengers ahead before booking is completed. Finally we thought it was unprofessional for the tour Guide to dictate how much we needed to tip her and the Driver inferring to the passengers that the wages were low. Overall, it was an interesting cultural and historic trip. Our favorite memories were visiting the Floating market, Arab Street, Little India, the Train market and Chattuchak Flea market. We found Singapore to be an extremely expensive city. We thoroughly enjoyed the comical Tour Guide; meeting new friends within the group; the experiences within each city and the intricate details and tools used to plan the tour. Thanks for arranging the opportunity.

Great experience overall. Our guide Kitty was so amazing. We will definitely use Affordable World again.

This was our second time using Groupon for travel. This time to Thailand! After we came home my husband said “this was the best of all our trips”. Tour leader Patty was fantastic! Itinerary Affordable Travel created for us was top notch from transportations to accommodations (5star) to tours! I wish we had added Singapore. Keep traveling!

I had only used this vendor to a destination that I was familiar with once.

I had some reservations about what to expect and if the company would deliver.

Let me say that I was pleasantly surprised from start to finish with the entire package.

The company should definitely notify both parties directly on the reservation of all updates. I went with a friend and felt responsible to forward all info to her. She also wanted direct contact since she paid her fare.

Greek Island Escape - fun times! Booked this trip to travel with my sister and some friends. I would say this would be a great trip for someone who doesn't want every minute of a trip already planned for them. I liked the tour we received in each city, Danae [spelling not sure] in Athens was exceptional for the Acropolis/Parthenon, etc. tour. The use of the radios around the neck were ideal. Laura was great on both ends of the Athens part of the tour, I could tell she has a lot to keep together and she was great. The Mykonos tour guide Elena was very nice and personable. The Santorini guide [I can't recall her name] was nice, but seemed a bit distracted, and I would advise she may want to let folks know of the uneven steps on that initial tour of Santorini. The hotel in Athens [Athens Avenue] was ok, on our first night there, when we got into our room, we could see the door/lock was broken. They did give us another room, but the hotel employee acted like it was our fault. That was really the only negative. The employees in the hotel bar/restaurant were wonderful, great service. The hotels in Mykonos [San Marco Luxury Hotel & Villas] and Santorini [Santorini Palace] were beautiful, everyone was so nice, I could have stayed there even longer! On our last day leaving from Athens hotel to the airport, it took an hour and a half to go the 12 miles to the airport. We were really rushing to make the flight on time due to that. I would suggest that Affordable World think about the Athens traffic when transferring folks from the hotel to the airport.
Breakfasts at all the hotels were really good. They did give us a boxed breakfast on the day we had to meet the ferry to go from Athens to Mykonos. It was kind of an odd breakfast [hardboiled egg, sandwich with cheese and a meat I was not sure of?, orange juice, water, and a piece of some kind of cake?]. Maybe some different options for that for future would be good, or at least to know what the meat was, lol.
Some of us went on excursions offered outside of the tour [I did} and I had a blast. The folks I knew of who did do the excursions offered through the tour also had a good time. I don't think you can go wrong whichever way you decide to go. I would use the company again. I was overall pleased with the experience and how they ran things.

We had a really good experience. The flight and hotels were all really good. The tour guide was so nice and fun. I was surprised at how nice all of the hotels were and found it to be really good quality for the price. All of my questions through customer service were always answered it was a really good vacation experience.

Our Thailand trip was perfect. Our tour guide Sharky was absolutely amazing. He made our trip even better. We enjoyed every excursion and made a lot of memories. The only change I would make is not to have upgraded my hotel room. It's actually a completely different hotel 20 min away from everyone else. We liked the hotel everyone else was in even more. So my suggestion to anyone booking is do not upgraded your hotel room.

Everything else was wonderful. I would definitely book with this company again.

Myself and five girlfriends did a 11 night 13 day trip to Istanbul, Turkey, and Greece and had the best time! AW did a great job with the tour package. The price for the entire trip was extremely reasonable. It was really nice not to have to think about logistics and transport. The hotel rooms were nice, especially the one in Mykonos, which opened up to our own terrace with an infinity pool!! The tour guides were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would absolutely use affordable world again!!!

OUTSTANDING!!!!! Luann was SUPERB. Thank you for your professionalism, knowledge. support and your patience from the beginning to the end. This was a trip for six beautiful and hardworking sisters through blood and friendship. A much needed trip with no expense sparred. The accommodation were exquisite, impeccable, quintessential to say the least. The tour guys Laura - Athens. Ellie - Mykonos and Demetrius - Santorini were all so professional and hands on. This trip was so worth everything and more. Again, Beyond Grateful and Thankful for the journey.

The overall experience with the Noom our tour guide, each hotel and food recommendations were excellent. My only negative experience is flight seats. When purchasing your tickets you have to pay separately for your seats selection. The company recommends i get to the airport early and try to pick my seats that way. I feel the company should have a group of seats for the customers

This company's tour guides were disorganized and did not explain what was going on well. There were also multiple tour guides so you felt as though no one was truly watching out for your wellbeing. The 1st guide who met us at the airport had travelers opening their important documents at the airport. Many people were dropping their documents as they were in the middle of the airport and trying to deal with their luggage. When someone lost their tickets for future use during the trip, she blamed them for the lose and told others it was their fault. We also had a bus that was 1 hour late to pick us up. No one from the travel agency contacted us. We had to continuously call them to find out what was going on. No on answers the 24 hour emergency number. It was very unsettling. I will not be using this company in the future.

Our Japan trip was amazing! The country is so beautiful as well as their people. We didn't run into any major issues, however, there are a few things I would like to mention. We arrived in Tokyo on 10/2/24 at 1pm, we were very excited to finally start our vacation, we were met with an airport and Affordable World rep. that informed us the bus would be picking us up at 4pm. We had 3 hours to kill in the airport or pay our own way to the hotel, which was approx. $200USD with Uber/taxi. We opted to wait in the airport, we didn't arrive to our hotel until approximately 7:00pm that evening. Had we known there was going to be such a long wait, we would have made arrangements from home to make our way to the hotel on our own. We met our guide Yoshi on Friday 10/4/24, a very kind man. He was always very joyous and made himself readily available to us. Our group was small (12 people in the beginning) so it was easy to engage with him, his English was a bit rusty, when we asked him questions about the country, he didn't always have an answer. I wish he was more knowledgeable with the areas where our hotels were situated, so we knew where to go for dinner or shopping. The excursions were timely, however, on occasion we felt rushed on the tours due to time constraints. Maybe we should have an option to cancel an excursion if we are running late due to traffic, which we did encounter more than once. Unfortunately, the last day in Kyoto we really had to rush through the castle and Temple visits. Also, the 5-course meal in Tokyo, was odd. We received a very high bill at the end even though we had already paid for that dinner excursion. Yoshi intervened once we all complained, because we were told only the drinks were not included. Some of our travel companions had bills for over $200 dollars! I ordered 2 ginger ales, and my bill was over $50. Thankfully that whole scenario was resolved, but it left us with a weird feeling about the communication between Affordable World and the venue. Overall, we had a fantastic time and most likely will use Affordable World again, this is our second time with them. We just wish the excursions were flexible and we could understand our guide better. Thank you Affordable World!

We had a wonderful time on our trip. The staff that co-ordinated all of our transfers was always punctual and made sure we knew exactly where to be at the right time and made helpful suggestions on things to do on our open days. The hotels were very nice and generally close to the areas of interest. I will definitely use Affordable World when planning future excursions to areas they cover.

Everything was fantastic, the guide, Buti, the food the people, the places I stayed. The weather where do I begin.
Bali is my best vacation by far. The country is safe and you violent free. That's epic. I have never had better customer service. Thank you.
