I ordered 2 sets of trees and one of trees was damaged. I emailed and hoped for a response but with the holidays I was worried it might be a while.
when I checked this afternoon they had already sent a replacement!!! I am so impressed with the response time and level of "making it right". I have had pretty bad experiences with customer support lately, so AFloral is #1. I will certainly use them again and tell everyone I know.

I placed a $300 order and their system defaulted to my old address. I realized the mistake within minutes and reached out immediately, but was told nothing could be done — no change or cancellation — even though the order hadn’t shipped.

The rep escalated it, and a VP replied repeating the same policy and closing with a dismissive “we wish you the best.” It came across as inflexible and unprofessional.

I’ll try to recover the package through my landlord, but it’s unlikely I’ll ever receive it. I won’t be ordering from Afloral again.

I was initially disappointed with an item that was on sale and marked as non-returnable. However, an AFloral customer service representative reached out after seeing my review and kindly made an exception to their return policy. She went above and beyond my expectations and delivered truly outstanding service. I highly recommend them. In the same order, I also purchased a flower arrangement, and it was absolutely stunning.

POOR QUALITY! We were so excited to get (12) UV Treated Artificial Indoor/Covered Outdoor Yucca Plants - 27" for our yard. After just 1 year they completely fell apart. I reached out 2 years after purchase to see if there was anything they would be willing to do (maybe a faulty batch?) and they said they wouldn't do anything because I ordered in 2022. If you only want these to last 1-1.5 years then go ahead...for the price point these should last a lot longer.

I have to say my order came quite swiftly. Within 2 business days to be exact. The box it was shipped in was banged up and appeared to to be taped back up as if it was opened. I figured..maybe a simple mishap at the post office and they taped it back up. I ordered 3 Norfolk Pine Wearths and ONLY received 2. Waiting for someone from customer service to get back to me. Super disappointed!!! My sister convinced me to order from this company. She Ordered all her Christmas wreaths and garland from them last year. The 2 wreaths I have look AMAZING. I'm just hoping I get the other one. My plan is to order 3 more before Christmas for each door in my home. Hoping this company lives up to its name and ship me my missing wreath. 😔☹️

Afloral is absolutely a stand-up company. A year ago, I bought some faux botanicals from them. They were beautiful, but to my disappointment, they didn't hold up well. Specifically, they lost leaves and unlike with most expensive faux botanicals, I was unable to re-attach the leaves that fell off. I posted a negative review stating this, and Afloral reached out to me and said it appeared that I'd received a flawed product (which can happen with anything). Furthermore, they said they'd be happy to either replace the product or give me a refund. I opted for a refund, and within a couple of days, I received it. So I'll recommend them without reservation, and I'll buy from them again.

-They don’t ship to Canada.
-You can’t even buy their products from the US Amazon storefront and have it shipped to Canada, because it tells you that it cannot be shipped.
- There is no Canadian Amazon storefront.
- The US Amazon storefront is constantly empty and has very little articles.
- I recommend buying from Prestige Botanicals. They ship to Canada without a problem and my order got shipped and arrived in 2 days.

Great customer service and really beautiful products. Unfortunately, my first order was stolen from my porch before I could pick it up but the company really graciously replaced it and refunded my shipping costs. It will take them 48 hours to respond to any requests because i believe they are a small operation but the replacement order did not disappoint! Really high quality faux flowers and I’m excited to buy more!

I ordered 6 of the Faux Real touch Eucalyptus 31" branches.
They look soo real. I cut of about 7" on the stems and put them in a vase. They look amazing.
I couldn't be more pleased. They look and feel real.

I ordered the faux potted palm and could not be happier with this purchase. It is beautifully made and looks so realistic! It was packaged so carefully and was delivered within 3 days of ordering! Very satisfied customer!

They shipped quickly. The two products I ordered were very nice, actually nicer than the photos of the product. Boxed well.

I received my order without packaging material. 5 stems just floating around. Greenery ripped off coming out of the package cracks. The leaves keep dropping off there is hot glue everywhere! The leaves won't stay on there are broken spots with wire exposed. It's terrible quality for a ridiculous price. I am not happy at all. I will never order here again. I'm trying to return and cancel my other order before I get it.

UPDATE: I had excellent customer service through email. Responsive and fixed my order. I've changed my 1 star to 3.
Moral of the story, Customer service great! Product I'm still leery.
