If Carlsberg measured customer sevice
I purchased a necklace for my wife last year, but it snapped. I was going to take it to a jeweler for a repair but I thought I would check with After Diamonds if they do repairs. During my call with them the very helpful lady told me I had a lifetime guarantee, and if I sent it back they would either charge for a repair, or repair free of charge, or replace.
