Quick Detailed Knowledgeable Pleasant

The team at afternic have been terrific they always respond very fast and are very professional and polite, just yesterday evening I had an issue with one of my domains that needed verification and for some reason it stalled in this process, so I text support and told them about the issue , this morning before 5 am I received a response advising me that they have verified and my domain was now on the market for sale. I couldn't ask for a better outcome , well done to the team at afternic.

I sold a domain on 27th of March and they don't seem to be interested in releasing the funds. I have been buying and selling online for the last 25 years and it's no rocket science on how to add the payment details on a website. Despite adding the beneficiary details twice, they keep sending me emails to add the payment details. Firstly, they had an issue with my paypal account and after I sent a screen shot, they seemed fine with it. I also shared a screen shot of the added payment details but they continue to email me asking me to add the payment details. I am extremely frustrated with their unprofessional approach and it seems they have decided to keep the funds that they owe to me for my domain sale.

I am sorry to say I have had unimpressive experience with Aftenic, after an initial success. Their brokerage service seems unmotivated and lethargic at best. To date, there seem to have been several enquiries, which I wasn’t ever made aware of, all of which failed to convert into sales - I will be taking my business to one of their competitors if this continues for another week!

Website is completely broken, can't add domains, says session expired constantly.

I am very disappointed and unhappy with your service. When I sold my domain, you took over $100 in fees without any clear explanation. I contacted support several times but got no reply. No communication, no transparency. This is not acceptable. You need to respond to your customers and be more clear about fees. Very bad experience.

Scammers they didnt disclose a 30% fee even when I mentioned what I needed for my domain and tranfered it out without payment. Do Not use them.Also I did fill my client number and they did reply and confirmed that thats how the do business dont trust the reply below. Avoid them. Same please dont trust the replu there is no clear disclosure when selling only after. Do not use their services

Beware they hack your account and sell your domains without permission.
I have requested documentation that I agreed to sell my domain name. They have not responded because they have no documentation.

Afternic is one of the platforms that I admire for its work and respect for its customers and dedication to their service and facilitation of their activity in the field. Its support and assistance staff is characterized by the speed of response, the accuracy of the assistance and the means of follow-up to solve any problems, and indeed Afternic is a platform that deserves all respect and appreciation.

Is afternic still in business? I have been trying to make an offer on a domain for several days with no response. When you do not respond to legitimate domain offers then you are leaving money on the table and this has a negative impact on domain sellers. As a buyer, I maybe in the market for a domain today, however, if a recession hits due to tariffs then next week may be a different story. If I ran such a poor business model with no support then I would end up going out of business very quickly.

Very happy to deal with your platform

I sold a domain about 3 months ago but they took the domain and did not pay me. I contacted customer service many times, the record opens but then there is no response. A fraudulent company that is a complete disappointment

Update: It's been 7 months, and my address document, which I've sent at least 15 times in different formats, is still being rejected. Why? Because it's not in US format. If you're not a US citizen, they'll try to keep you from paying for months. I've given up and will never use any of this company's products again, and I don't recommend them.

Afternic massively overcharged on the recent transaction – 30% commission for doing absolutely nothing. I myself found the buyer, and he simply clicked on the Afternic listing. It is shameless and unjustified to charge 30%. It is 10% higher than their parent company Godaddy is charging, which is also too high for doing nothing, by the way. We’ll move our inventory to Flippa or Sedo (or maybe eBay)

They helped me right away and the site and service is exactly what I was looking for.

It makes listing your domains very simple.

I expected it to take a long time to get my domain from pending to listed but it happened the next morning and they couldn’t have been more helpful and courteous.
