The product caused me to feel awful. I had severe fatigue, diarrhea, and gastric distress.

I contacted the owner, Lou, by email which she didn't reply to after two or three days. I then called her and she said that my email must have gone into her spam. She was pleasant to talk to but told me that these side effects are very rare which I now don't believe is true. She agreed on the phone that I was due a $119 refund but has since ignored all follow-up emails.
Very disappointed and disgruntled.
I will follow up with more action if I don't receive the refund very soon.
