Agency Workplaces provided a seamless process to collect authentic employee insights about our culture. Johanna kept us in the loop during the survey window to ensure we could collect as many surveys as possible to get the most accurate reflection of our culture from the team. The results dashboard is easy to navigate and surfaces helpful insights.

Being able to hear from an expert on agency culture, and learning from agencies around the world sharing their experiences, is an incredible opportunity. It provides valuable insights and ideas that we can test in our own environments. There’s nothing more helpful than discovering that a challenge you face has already been addressed elsewhere and having those leaders walk you through, step by step, how they did it. By mirroring and adapting these actions, agencies everywhere can improve, evolve, and grow together.
