Agent360 was so kind over the phone and gave me a good deal. I was happy when the phone number and email worked for leads. Even more happy after speaking with a client who is looking for a home in a zip code reserved for me only.

I signed up 6 weeks ago and haven’t received a lead. The number on website is now disconnected. The support email isn’t responding. This is a complete scam. Don’t waste your money

Against my gut instinct I signed up with these people. I paid their initiation fee, and that is the last I heard from them. I have inquired back several times and have had no responses back. Scam is all it is, beware!

I signed up 5 weeks ago. I have never received any leads. They give you an account manager. When I went to call the account manager, his number was disconnected. They will call you from a different number every time. They promise they will resolve your issues, but they never do. They only contact you to collect money. If you look up their business address it is a small residential home in Arizona. This has been a very disappointing experience. I feel it is a scam, BEWARE!

I paid them $360 to set up for leads and was told I would get 4-5 a month and the $360 would come back to me at my first closing. They wanted 20% at closing for the lead. No leads have come and it has been 3 weeks. I have called every day and get a recording and automatic text back. It is a scam.

Signed up for seller lead program. The leads I was given from their adds never led to a transaction. Followed the entire system the ask us to do. Still not one conversation from the leads. Tan adds full 6 months with them at 1500 a month. After telling them I wanted to end our relationship which I was entitled to do they tried selling me their life time buyer package. Stupid me should have learned my lesson. What a mess from the time I started. Charged me 3 times for seller and buyer leads. They were hitting my card for 25 a day in seller adds and buyers adds and I was getting nothing. When I called them out had the excuse that the adds were not posting and would fix it gave another 3 weeks and still not one lead. They wen on to say that they needed to keep testing adds and to give them 180 days. After asking for refund they would not grant. When charges were disputed they send me to a collections agency and threatened my credit. Terrible people terrible programmers don’t fall for the trap. They all should be labeled scammers and loss their real estate licenses as well. Especially Josh. Scam artist to the fullest. If your a buyer or seller run from this guy.

EstateAi SCAM. They put little to no effort into making the ads for the content they post for their clients ads. The leads have no interest in buying or selling and do not have the ability to. Their "ai chat bot" spams your "leads" daily until they opt out. As soon as you enroll in their program, the instructors show little interest in helping you. If you need help or have a question that is urgent, the soonest available date to meet with someone is 2 weeks out. All their daily web meetings are used for, are to promote their "partnered gurus" products and merchandise. Then after you decide that you want to quit, they sue you for services they lied about when getting you to sign up. 0/5 Stars should be an option when referring to "Estate Ai".

Estate AI is a total scam. I tried their services for 3 out of 6 months. They were bad at responding once they get your business. They lied. I paid for leads and to this day I no longer have the leads I paid for.(they were no good anyway) They recycled leads sent the same ones through and tried to count them as a lead. I was told that if it wasnt a good fit I could leave. Apartently not the truth because it is now on my credit report. they never did personalized adds on my facebook as they stated they would do. everytime I complained they game me the run around as to why. You have only 1 point of contact. And that persons goal is to coach. But if you have issues they have no answers. they say they will get back to you in regards and they dont. PLEASE BE WARE and their refund policy is a JOKE! I signed on and the coaching was for a specific time(which I could commit to) and then they changed it and I had a harder time going to. If you dont go to almost all the facebook lives your not eligible to receive a refund. and when you threaten to leave all they care about is getting you to continue to pay. the same energy they had when they sign you up that energy is gone almost immediately after. I am a new realtor who was advised to never use any lead generation companies because most of them use recycle leads or are simply just "scams". However, given my busy schedule, I dedicated to take a chance with Agent360ai. I signed up with a lot of skepticism especially because their prices are very affordable for a new agent like myself on a tight budget. My onboarding experience with Hector was pleasant. Hector assure me I will receive 5 to 7 double verified leads per month. I'm in my 3rd week and I already received 13 LEADS! 5 out of the 13 leads have converted to appointments and 3 of the 5 lead are serious buyers (pre-approved) whom want to purchase a home with in the next months. The other 7 leads are still good leads I'm nurturing which is easy to do via Agents360's CRM platform. By now you might be thinking, "oh great, another platform I must learn". Rest assured its easy to learn in minutes. If you need someone to walk you step by step, Moe you there to help. He is a great listener and will answer all your questions.
