Agent BBQ レビュー

Extremely disappointing customer service.

Agent BBQ states that orders ship within 24–72 hours, but more than two weeks after placing my order, I still had no shipment or tracking information.

The bigger issue has been the communication. On September 22, I was told tracking should be available the next day. It wasn’t. I followed up multiple times with no response. On September 28, I was told I would receive an update “within the next hour” and later that they would get back to me “shortly.” Neither happened.

I have also called the customer service number listed online multiple times. It consistently goes to voicemail, and on some occasions the mailbox has been full and unable to accept messages. None of my calls has been returned.

Delays happen. What is unacceptable is repeatedly promising customers updates and then failing to follow through.

At this point, I’ve spent far too much time chasing basic information about an order I already paid for. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Agent BBQ.

Purchased a Blackstone Pizza oven at a huge discount including free shipping and no sales tax. Delivery was prompt and customer service follow-up was as prompt.

I do write reviews but not often. This company is going places.. What them grow.,Here’s why. They know their products, care about service and quality. AND follow up to make sure you’re a happy customer.
Beautiful thing
