Paul was able to give me a quote quickly after chatting with me on the phone. He was very friendly and the quote was very fair. The engineer arrived on time and was able to cap the gas to our old fire quickly and even added tape to our other gas pipes to show where there was gas. Overall very happy with the service and would use AG Fraser again.

I received a notification before the engineer arrived saying he was coming, he arrived bang on when they said he would. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all the questions I had about my central heating system and gave me some useful advice about how to improve and protect it going forward.

From begining to end it's been a great customer experience. Paul keeps you updated and informed at every single stage. Andy the fitter and his team were just amazing, we had a big problem with our tank and pipes from the loft and less experienced fitters I'm sure would have given up on the problem. Not Andy he not only communicated everything very clear to us and what he was going to do to help rectify our problem. Our boiler was over 18 yrs old and although serviced the pipes were blocked from the debris from the uncovered tank. Absolutely 5 star service all round from begining to end.
