These guys were brilliant
These guys were brilliant. I organised my delivery with them, the accommodated my delivery requirements and were really polite and friendly to deal with, understanding that I may not be in all day. My delivery arrived earlier than expected and the delivery driver was really helpful & friendly.

Very happy with delivery
Items ordered from Wickes and delivered by this company. Good comms re delivery. Arrived on the day specified and early. Driver very helpful. Undamaged and handled with care. Only negative point was that they never sent me a text 1 hr before delivery time as stated. But it was not a problem as the delivery was early in the day. 5*

Amazing service
Received a text 15 minutes prior to delivery time. The driver was smart in appearance, extremely polite and helpful. Carried my delivery for me to where I needed it. Exceptional service.

The goods arrived on the day expected
The goods arrived on the day expected, even though it was late into the evening when they turned up. The delivery guy was very helpful in putting the goods where I wanted them.

Incompetent Ops staff but propfesssional helpful and nice manager!
I am only giving 5 stars for the manager who helped sort out a complaint with the operations staff who did not do what they were supposed to do.
The nice man manager was excelleant, understanding helpful and above all honest.

Items appear to be a decent quality (straight and not warped).
Delivery was one hour plus past the advised time of arrival, and although it was stated on the invoice that a one hours notice of delivery must be given, it wasn’t! Not a major problem, just frustrating.
