I took the Implementing SAFe course and had the pleasure of being trained by Ofer Cohen. Since this was not my first SAFe course and I had prior experience with implementing SAFe, I could really focus and observe the topics that are covered in more detail in this course. By the end of it, I was confident that I had a good understanding of the topics that I had on my initial list and pass the exam, which I did.
I've enjoyed Ofer's style of training, the exercises, and the interactions. Being so experienced with running these types of courses with attendees at different levels in the SAFe journey, I believe Ofer has landed the perfect mix of theory, examples, and exercises. And just as important - time management & boundary settings.

Excellent class! Clear directions on getting prepared for the class and instructions for getting signed in. Yuval Yeret was a great instructor - presenting the prepared content but also answering student's questions as they came up.

I think I reviewed this before. The course was very insightful and helps to understand what is really happening in the Scrum mode.

I liked the training, even if it was not a easy one (lots of information in a short time, days 2 and 3 were pretty hard). The trainers were really nice, open to answer the questions and to adapt the program for the next day based on the feedback received at the end of the day.

We had two experts as trainer. Very inspiring and lots of good examples and explanations.

Very good support right from registration to course delivery.
Very good real practice simulations.

This course was facilitated extremely well. There is a LOT of ground to cover but the facilitators did a great job at balancing moving things along with still taking the time to make sure folks weren't left behind. While there was a lot of material the content was thorough and I now feel like I have a great foundation established for implementing SAFe. A firm foundation that I can build on.

I attended to SPC training. The collaboration tools used were great (Mural and breakout rooms). The instructors were great, always answering questions, controlling the time and following team agreements. That was great training experience, beyond my expectations for a remote session.

A suggestion for Mural - perhaps there should be a brief pre-class review of this tool. Many of us in the class did not have the background to use and it slowed us down during exercises - some were more worried about getting around in the tool and not the content of the exercise.

The 2 facilitators were great - however there was a disruptive gentleman (Mark) in the class that really needed to be reined in. It was really starting to wear on the teams by the mid- late in the sessions. An offline convo w/ him would have been helpful.

Ray Angelone and Tim Porter brought incredible breadth and depth of knowledge, advanced training skills, terrific event management, a wide variety of tools and content, and excellent conversation facilitation methods to the course

Mural has in two separate courses I've attended, required a long difficult learning curve for attendees, and facilitators in both events struggled to setup (especially lock) breakout spaces to keep other breakout teams from inadvertently (and frustratingly) affecting other breakout team work

The course is well structured, delivered in a clear and professional manner. The examples and case studies are very helpful. I enjoyed participating :)

The course was first of all very well constructed
Lots of enriching material, lots of examples and explanations, there was room for questions all the time
Oded was open to explaining everything and making sure we understood his explanation (even if we did not agree)

The materiel was clear and well summarized.
The combination of real-life examples were helpful.
The combination of explanation, videos, and the exercises for the students to participate were good.
