Class was small, and interactive. Ray Angelone is a personally experienced individual with extensive relevant industry experience. He is interesting, easy to understand and interact with, and provides many interesting diversions to help in understanding and associating concepts.

The facilitator lead by example in his approach to this workshop. The work/learning environment was enjoyable, clear, open, challenging and engaging. I feel both excited and supported as I continue to develop and apply my knowledge for the RTE role.

Course handouts could be re-ordered slightly to aid in better flow - I think this was instructor preference, but it worked well to convey info in a logical flow.

Ray is very experienced trainer, shared good knowledge and tips for a successful RTE career.

The communication leading up to the event was clear and timely. The training conducted by Ray was well paced sprinkled with breaks which helped in understanding of the content.
I garthered quite a few reference materials (books, videos, websites, coaching techniques) from the discussions during the training.

Ray was an excellent teacher and facilitator! He made learning fun and challenging. I liked the Mural board and the quizzes most! He provided a wealth of knowledge and I would definitely recommend him!
