Lean Portfolio Management - Very good training; Roni is handling it in a nice way and has lot of experience; It is quick and most of the work needs to be done after the training ;-)

The SAFe LPM training course was taught at a very good pace with a lot of collaborative exercises to keep us all engaged and assess our learning at the end of each module.

Roni answered our questions knowledgeably and patiently. She facilitated the training exceptionally in my opinion. I'll definitely recommend Agile Sparks to colleagues and friends.

i was waiting to see a practical example of how to manage a project with scrum. in addition the lecture said in the beginning that we can use scrum in everything, not only software developing. but he didn't give an example of that. many terms in the course were only from software developing world which I'm not familiar with ("stories"?) i felt that all came with previous experience in scrum' and i know nothing about scrum. so its not a course for people without experience

interesting and relevant.
the interactive tasks were very nice and helped to follow the course material.

the course is well built, the mural is nice to work with and going out to joint tasks was good.
some info was abstract which was brought up at the end of day 1 but the teacher was attentive and adapted by day 2 which was great

The course gave me a better understanding of the Scrum methodology. I'll definitely use what I've learned!

The course was very well explained and was interactive so I didn't get bored easily.
Oded abilities to deliver the pieces of knowledge are very well shown in the course even though its short in time.

I think there should be a little more explaining of the basics in the beginning for those who are not familiar with scrum already.

very good course, clarify all the scrum terminology and mindset. The content was clear and interesting. It requires active participation which is highly contribute to understanding the subject

Eye opening, some of the stuff are very clear and I could see the necessity, some are more vague.
We asked the instructor for more real life examples which he kindly provided.

It was very helpful and I don't think there is anything that was not explained enough/missing. Also, the videos were interesting/refreshing.

Teacher was very clear, thanks to variety of examples and scrum riddles to solve and think on, in a group and later on doing cooperate brainstorming.

I enjoyed the course and learned a lot.
The course was a bit small (4 people) for the variety in the exercises.
Some content was taught a bit fast.
The instructor was very attentive to our questions and very knowledgeable.
I'd recommend this course.

RTE course was excellent and opened my eyes for many potential improvements in my organization. Ofer Cohen was a very good instructor, clear explanations, answered all questions and created a very open and constructive atmosphere. Thank you Ofer !

This was my first exposure to SAFe. The information was presented in an easy to understand, straightforward way. The facilitators were engaging and kept everyone involved throughout. The interactive portions, for the most part, were good to work on with the other classmates. There were a few which needed additional time or understanding.

Training provided by Ofer Cohen was beyond perfect , The knowledge and the content was really nice with some practical examples which helped me understand the concept in a better way thank you Ofer Cohen for such an amazing experience:)

Very good Training. Takes time for his students and goes into detail on each question. Very good and understandable.

It was a good session. I would like to highlight 1 drawback.
1. Duration was too long and it leads to loose focus in between
2. Managers need to be included in this session because sometimes conflict happens between SM and managers in the companies. This leads to priorities change in between due to something urgent coming from Manager and you as SM are not aware . and team starts to complain due to ad-hoc task.

The facilitator had good grasp on the agenda.
There were many interactive sessions.
The learning experience was enjoyable.

Though there were few real challenges that I could discuss with the facilitator, but I wish I could have got more of his views on my challenges as a SM.

Overall it was great experince

They way Oded led the curriculum of the course and the way he explained things made it so informative. Overall, it helped me to clear lot of my doubts and to understand the right way of doing things or would rather say facilitate my work
