The trainer was really good

The trainer was really good, patient, and empathetic. The content was a bit heavy, but that doesn’t mean it was bad. I think I would prefer having more days with less content each day, so it’s easier to digest everything.

I also think it would be helpful to have a beginner-level training before this certification, as well as a previous review of the audience level, to make the sessions easier for both the trainer and the trainees.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give your feedback of the SAFe for Teams training course that you received from us, it was a pleasure training your whole group, and thanks so much for the five stars.

We would agree that the volume of content on the SAFe courses can indeed seem a little heavy, particularly in the case of your organisation where you are not yet practicing SAFe yourselves so are starting from scratch. This is a universal challenge for all SAFe training from any provider, as Scaled Agile Inc. do make their courses very slide heavy.

We're always happy to talk about alternate delivery patterns as well, and appreciate the feedback on splitting over more days. The usual difficulty in spreading the course over more days is a commercial one for our customers, as inevitably the cost is higher. Thank you again for all the suggestions, and for your positive contributions during the training course as well. : )

Absolutely incredible course!

Absolutely incredible course! Lots of relatable and usable tools I can use with my clients. I really enjoyed the pace and style of delivery, which helped me understand the theory of SAFe.
Highly recommended

Great experience

Matt is very knowledgeable, approachable, resourceful and patient trainer. He actively listed to the feedback throughout the course to make sure that the group gets the best experience. Really appreciate Matt straying away from the agenda throughout the course to provide additional context and bring theory to life with some really good examples

Engaging delivery style

Matt's training delivery style was very engaging and made 3 full days of training easy to get through! He used relevant examples to bring the content to life and made everyone feel comfortable sharing thoughts/comments/etc.

Great Course Delivery
