Extremely friendly and helpful staff and kept well informed when prescription was ready to collect fantastic service

I have been having cryotherapy at the Linwood branch of Amiry &Gilbride and have found the service extremely good. Appointments on time and Katy has been efficient and friendly and has even volunteered to work on a day off to fit me in. The freezing is working on my wart and I'm delighted with my experience. The price is also very reasonable.

My son had a sore ear yesterday went to the Airdrie branch to see if they could give him some advice ,,some girl looked at it and told him it’s watery wax and basically told him nothing they can do ,,he’s 15 and has autism but now sitting in ae with my son with a perforated ear drum due to that lady ,,very rude staff ,,never use that place again

Had a consultation with Lynn @Linwood examined my ears and carried out ear cleaning suction.
What a relief instantly. She was as professional knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly during the procedure. Good after care instructions and advice too.

Excellent ear cleaning.

Joanne was really helpful looking at my ears which got audibly blocked a few months ago, she advised ear drops which didn't do much as it was really compacted. However she did help immensely with the ulcer and then the eventual cleaning.

The staff are fantastic. The pharmacists take time out of their busy tasks to give you best advice. Staff such as AnnMarie on the reception, and others have great customer service skills and product knowledge. Even delivery by Declan is prompt and done with a positive attitude. They all give care and attention to detail. They all provide a quality driven customer service. You couldn’t ask for a better pharmacist. I would recommend them to anyone.

I went for treatment to blocked ears.. I was dealt with and looked after by Lynn,who was very efficient in clearing my ears over two sessions..she was gentle and informative ,all in providing a great service,advising me I had an infection as well as wax,and telling me to put a few drops of olive oil in every few days to keep my ears lubricated.

Staff absolutely brilliant was in with a soar ear Lynn at the linwood branch took care of me i had a build up of wax that was extremely painful for two days...... ten minutes and the pain was gone can't thank Lynn enough I will never use cotton buds or blast with a shower again so big massive thank you for the help.

The member of staff (Susan) could not have been more helpful. She was just a lovely girl, very polite and efficient.

Absolutely brilliant service. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely very helpful from start to finish. They took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and made me feel properly looked after rather than rushed. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Nidhi was excellent , the experience to organize my flu job was prompt, professional and value for money. The staff in the pharmacy are all polite and courteous and i would not go anywhere else for my prescriptions and generally pharmacy services. i have also had my ears examined and again service was really good.

Great service. Easy to book online and very professional. Nidhi talked me through the procedure and gave a lot of helpful advice.
I received my results via email with the hour.
Would highly recommend this service

19 Neilston rd. clueless! Was in an hour ago, still no pescription, on phoning the docs turns out it’s been sitting there since 16th December. They deserve no stars, the druggies are attended to quicker than the working population who waste valuable time tracking meds!

tried to log on and failed after receiving an email to load new app, did this, couldn't log in, tried to reset password, no response, always get my prescription at local branch, and never had problem before with app - not impressed, need to sort out your app !

The staff are always very helpful never had any issues at all
