From one-star to five-star...

I gave this business a one-star review a while back, based on how things went at the time. But I've had a change of heart since, and I think they deserve to hear the full story — not just the bad part.

Back then, I felt a bit lost and uninformed about what was happening with my order, and honestly, it upset me. I decided to reach out to the owner's daughter directly, not really expecting much.

What happened next completely changed my mind. She listened, genuinely understood my frustration, and took it upon herself to sort things out. She went out of her way to make sure my tiles arrived on time, checking in with me along the way just to keep me in the loop. It meant a lot, honestly. I trusted them enough to come back and order from them again.

So I felt it was only fair to share this side of the story too. I'm sorry I've forgotten her name, but she really turned my whole experience around, and I'm genuinely grateful for the care she showed.
