Hi Fiona, I am really sorry to hear about your experience. Long wait times, delays transferring cover, and being charged by two funds at the same time would be incredibly frustrating, and that should not have happened.
We are currently in one of the busiest times of the year with annual premium reviews, which can put extra pressure on our call queues and processing times. That said, we completely agree this is not an excuse for long waits or slow follow up, and it does not change the fact that your experience fell short.
We appreciate you raising this, as it clearly highlights where our service and processes have not worked as they should. It is disappointing to hear we were not able to support you properly during what should have been a straightforward change.
If you are open to it, we would really like the chance to reach out, understand what went wrong, and see if we can turn things around for you. Either way, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
