I signed up for the Solopreneur plan (200 minutes a month) to match my call volume, and it pays easily for itself if it only prevents me from losing one potential new customer due to me not being able to answer the phone, which for me can happen a lot when I have my hands full with clients. I've had it for two months now and it's an integral part of my business. I'm so less stressed now about missing an important call, and it even fields those questions I constantly got about the same thiings over an over. My favorite features though are boss mode and the fact that it can handle spanish speaking callers without missing a beat.

The AI receptionist that my work uses can answer any question, can handle any comment, and can take messages, making my portion of the job easier. The company that has created the AI receptionist, has done fantastic work when I have had questions. They have helped me with setting up the AI receptionist the way I needed it to be set up.

We are in the process of evaluating AI receptionist systems that can aid in the automation of routine questions from callers to our school district's Registration Department. We were impressed with how easy the system was to set up and even more impressed with the responsiveness from the AI Receptionist team to our questions and suggestions. The results have exceeded my expectations.

I've been using this service for about six weeks for my business. Setup was pretty easy but I had a few questions and I had no problem getting in touch with a real person and they were super helpful. Overall much easier than I thought and im honestly quite surprised at how well the AI is able to handle difficult callers and situations. This system is able to completely resolve about 80% of the calls we get and OMG is it great for spam callers. The callers say "thank you", which I honestly never expected given my prior experience with automated answering systems.
