No way to stop them from charging even after cancellation. Just got charged AGAIN after sending them a first request. Second email just sent (below) and have deleted my account which should be very clear that they not charge my card again.

I am following up on my written cancellation notice sent to websupport and support on July 22, 2026.

In that notice, I explicitly requested the immediate cancellation of my subscription and termination of all future recurring charges.

Despite that written cancellation instruction, AI App subsequently charged me $19.99 USD on August 18, 2026.

My cancellation instruction was provided approximately four weeks before this charge (see below).

I therefore request:
1. Immediate confirmation that my subscription is cancelled.
2. Immediate termination of all recurring billing and authorization for future charges.
3. A refund of the $19.99 USD charged on August 18, 2026 after my cancellation request.
4. Confirmation that no further charges will be submitted against any payment method associated with my account.
5. Written confirmation when these actions have been completed.

For reference, I have retained my original July 22, 2026 cancellation correspondence and the August 18, 2026 invoice and receipt.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will provide my card issuer with the July 22 cancellation notice and subsequent August 18 charge as documentation that recurring billing continued after cancellation.

Please confirm resolution in writing.

Scam, keep calling multiple times a day with different local phone numbers. Blocking the numbers do not help.

This company decived me when i was trying to pay for Claude, and i was no able to get my money back when i complained that i didn't need their services. Stay away from them

They sell you ChatGPT 4 as 5. They brand it as 5 but when you ask from the AI it says it is based on 4. It is slow and not even near to what they claim. They didn't refund and cancelled my subscription.
What do you call it ? Robbery or scam?

Ein über FaceBook verlinktes Werbevideo suggerierte, dass mit einer kostenlosen Anmeldung ein automatisches KI-Tradingsystem ohne weitere Interaktion passives Einkommen generiert. Als Basiskapital dazu sollten mindestens 250€ reichen. In dem Video wurde gezeigt, dass sich dieser Betrag ohne weiteres Zutun vermehrt.
De facto wurde meine Handynummer an ein Unmenge von Tradern weitergegeben, die über einen persönlichen Finanzberater Anlageempfehlungen geben sollten. Wenn man diesen nicht folgt, könnte der versprochene Gewinn ausbleiben. Als Nicht-Finanzexperte macht das für mich keinen Sinn. Inzwischen erhalte ich mehrmals täglich Anrufe aus einem Nummernkreis aus Österreich.
Es gibt kein Impressum und keine Kontaktinformation zum Austragen der persönlichen Daten. Ein Versuch, über ein ca. 140 Zeichen langes Support Formular zur Datenlöschung aufzufordern, blieb ohne Ergebnis. Ich werde wohl meine Handynummer wechseln müssen.

It is not possible to cancel the subscription. Support provides a solution that does not work. It is a scam!

They don’t let you cancel subscription. I tried multiple times months ago and tried again today, and last week. I contacted support and they sent out an instruction that led to error message. I’m afraid there’s no way to cancel nor remove my card. Total scam. I will chargeback.

Subscribed in February 2024. When they updated, I lost access. This happened in July 2024. I complained through the only means of contact, email, and after a week my subscription was reactivated. I insisted and subscribed on February 5, 2025, for one year and they did not change my subscription from free to pro. I was only able to access it on the first day. I have already sent several emails. I am trying to reactivate it. I paid through Google Pay and the money was received by paddle.com. I was able to access this site and spoke to the robot via chat, which recognized my payment, however, I have no access.

This app is a scam. The subscription is continually renewed even when you try to cancel. Once your card details are provided, you will be billed every year. They have zero customer service and refer you to a bot. Please run away!

It‘s a scam! I let them delete my profile and they still charged me half a year later! Since one month I try to get my money back. I‘ve never got an answer from them.

There is a way to unsubscribe. You should update your card info. The only way i found to unsubscribe, otherwise there was an error.

Actually the service isn't that bad. App works smooth and they upgraded it. 3 stars from me, cuz you gave me hard time:) Good luck and make it more clear with good support, you will earn more money that way.

Its a scam. I purchased thinking it was OpenAI in February 2024. I actually realized it yesterday that it is not OpenAI. My account says that subscription will automatically renew in February 202. I tried to cancel it but it led me to nothing but broken links and errors. I wrote several emails to them but they aren't responding. Its a total scam. I will have to probably now take it to higher authorities. Also they billed me from somewhere in the UK (as per the bill). Its an organized crime.

Please give me my refund back and cancel the subscription.

To me it happened the same. My one year subscription was cancelled after six months and no reply from support email.

We subscribed for a year and are now requesting to renew after using only six months. There is no support team, and when we send emails, they bounce back with the message "Message blocked." This suggests that the AI is fraudulent.

I paid for subscription in January. Now it's just got cancelled. Support doesn't reply. No fix for my issue. They expect me to subscribe again for the same amount.
No password or password reset option were provided. I couldn't make it work on mobile therefore.

Time passed and they fixed my subscription to PRO like 2 weeks later.

Fake product . I bought subscription for PRO for 1 year and they gave service only for 6 months. Please don't buy .They don't even reply to the support emails sent
