Aidot is awesome!

Very easy to set-up. The bulbs connected to my wifi in seconds, and that's 8 bulbs all at the same time. I also love the bluetooth wall mounted button as an option to turn the bulbs off / on. AiDot will be my go to bulbs going forward.

No return approval. It’s been a month.

Terrible tech support, took forever for anyone to get back with me and no one ever understood my questions no matter how many times I rephrased the question. No one ever contacted me back after last correspondence. The App was difficult to navigate especially with all the pop-ups. It seemed the App was more interested in selling something. I returned the product.

great selection, site easy to use, great customer service, fast and efficient delivery. Have yet to install product but it looks impressive.

work great, very pleased. however it would be nice if they had zigbee or functionality to connect them to other devices such as home assistant

Worse than terrible. Spent $20 for a "lifetime subscription" to the pro version of the app, didn't work, and can't get my money back. Wish I had seen the thousands of terrible reviews, but Metaverse Labs must be using a bot to write 5 glowing reviews for every real one, resulting in a 4.4 rating.

There is no automation of control devices such as lights, switches, in other words everything that controls your home's environment. I have asked to add controlled devices to Aidot "automation" which is only compatible with security devices. That's been a year ago, so there will be no change. ALL of your competitors have home automation which is where I have been buying more product ... definitely NOT Aidot products. This system is NOT compatible with Smartthings. The lights I did purchase remain offline when they are online and controlled through the Aidot app. You may be great with security cameras and other devices, but are not good when it comes to true home automation. I know Aidot can't say otherwise. I'm done with this company. Another potential client LOST.

product is very convenience

I have mainly purchased smart A19, R30, and a couple outlets. They are good for the most part. The only issue I have had so far is the R30s do not appear to be waterproof as I have had to replace a couple already that got moisture in them (they are outside). Besides that, they all work well with my Google Home.

Aidots' app format is horrible and not user friendly. Absolutely disgusted with the difficulty setting up a 'routine' (schedule) for my Aidot smart outlets. After trashing these, I will avoid this company in the future.

I would like to return. The hair got clogged up I am not happy with the performance

I haven't received my lights, they were ordered September 29th and it says 5-7 days, still processing...not happy...it was for my Halloween decorations... that's almost over.

Love these lights. Work great with music. My backyard looks like a club. The colors are so pretty and alot to choose from. Super affordable.

Amazing products and customer service

They steal your money! I bought 1 air purifier and 1 humidifier, they never sent them, no one has answers to the order tracking, after 1 week trying to find answers they say they will give me my money back because the products are out of stock, they are irresponsible and play with your money.
