Site occasionally bugs out, but is eventually fixed. Had a recent issue where my purchased credits disappeared and I feared I got ripped off, but contacted their support desk and they restored the credits, giving me a bonus amount as well to make nice. This quick resolution boosted my trust in them.

Has been working in this platform for more than 5 months. Have not faced any issue . Enjoying working here .

Excellent, been on the paid platform now for over 4 months and had very few issues. The couple of times when things went wrong, they were solved quickly by humans answering the support ticket with no dramas. I read below a poor comment about this site holding private data - this has NOT been my experience at all.
If messing around with images is your thing, then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AI Ease, as I do on my own website.

This is a great AI website, I'm so glad I found it sometime ago. They have quite a bit of high quality AI tools that they work hard to make them the best they can be. Even though all of their tools are great, what I appreciate the most is their great support when something does go wrong. Depending on what it is, they might ask for a video capture of the problem, or a screenshot. They jump on the problem right away, and have always gotten back to me when the problem is fixed in a short amount of time. Thank you for keeping this website so great to use :)

This isn't a company, it's a digital parasite. They trick you into signing in, giving them all your data, then hold your own data hostage. You can't even edit your own photo without paying their exorbitant ransom. The entire business model is a predatory scam. AVOID at all costs.

Nunca tinha visto um site assim prático e útil, eu usei e gostei, só não continuei porque para mim fica um pouco pesado pagar todo mês a quantia que por sinal merece e vale. O site é maravilhoso, os atendimentos de ajuda são rápidos e eficientes, explica muito bem e compreensivo. Muito atencioso também.Adorei o site. Recomendo a todos conhecerem. Vale a pena. Nota 100. After using many different programs to enhance and colorize this is far the best for speed and accuracy and at a very good price . Also customer service when I needed them were quick to reply and very helpful .

Their Headshots are best and customer experience is also very supportive.

The software works well and the service is inexpensive. Their customer service is also excellent, I received a prompt and satisfactory outcome to my query.

The ability to remove unwanted objects, such as people in the background, seems quite good. The "improve" photo feature less so - I could barely see any difference. However, it is not free. I wish they were more honest and said, "The first three edits will be free. However, you cannot continue using it after that unless you subscribe." Everything freezes, and a subscription window pops up.

Poor headshot results, totally useless

As of last week I was able to use the AI Ease tools on both the website and mobile app without restrictions. However, now I'm getting a message, "Feature Usage Exceeded," after just 2-3 uses of the Face Swap tool and other tools. After getting this message, I can no longer use the tools. It appears they've gone the paywall route without any forewarning.

The app is fun to use on my iPhone and is almost flawless. The hair change is lacking colors and styles, but does work with the color pallet provided. I have been receiving "feature usage exceeded" message which allows to return to previous picture to correct the use, but once the message has been received no other changes are allowed. I appreciate not having to reboot the app, but I cannot find on any internet search what can be done to correct the error.

Excellent site - super fun and really quick
and easy to use. I also contacted their customer support as I had a question for them and they were incredibly quick, helpful and supportive. Genuinely very impressed
