As one who was scammed by them notice there are zero details from any 5 star review. Without these fake reviews it would be a unanimous 1 star average. Consumer protection needs to step in here.

This company is a SCAM! I have tried to return overages they added to my purchase and charged me for. They have NO PHONE number to talk to a person. They give you a email they call support and mention in their return policy you have 30 days. I reached out the day after my equipment arrived to support and there hasnt been an email returned yet after three weeks effectively keeping you from returning anything in the 30 day window! DO NOT BUY!!

Not sure if any of the reviews on here actually shoot their AR’s but all three of mine failed within 30 rounds. Fit good look good but fail as soon as you start shooting. Now I can not get a refund. Three different set up two different AR’S.

This company does not actually offer returns, they confirmed it via email on accident.
The service rep told me I cannot submit a refund/return because I bought the item at a promotional price. However every product in their site has a “promotion”.

So essentially, Aimaculate is strong arming its customers to forfeit any future chance of a refund because there is no way to buy the product at full price since every folding adapter price is auto adjusted to some terrible promotional offer at check out or they throw in a cheap $5 sling with a “buy one get this free item free” and call it a promotional offer. In reality the “promo” is just to prevent a refund/return.

Thankfully, you can just call your bank explain the situation and get a chargeback situated.

this is the worst product i have ever dealt with ! i have a very common AR and had these installed by a gun smith and they fell apart with in a couple weeks of use ! Good luck trying to get a refund or even talk to someone !! Its not happening !! worse place !! they are scamming people with this JUNK !!! PASS ON THIS !!

DO NOT BUY!!!! This is a scam. I received it and inspected and did not like what I saw so I emailed their support team and received the following email:

We would like to inform you about our return policy, especially when it concerns promotional items. According to our policy, purchases made under a promotion are not eligible for return. Should your device exhibit any issues or malfunctions, we are more than willing to provide a replacement. However, please note that we cannot issue refunds under these circumstances.

We always suggest our customers to thoroughly review product details and be completely sure before making a purchase to ensure maximum satisfaction. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any concerns or questions you may have.

Do not trust the company. I canceled my order an hour after purchase. A rep from the company (Lisa) emailed me back stating they could not cancel the order because it was in route. That was a lie. First off it is Sunday and UPS does not pickup on Sunday. Second, the UPS tracking number shows that there has only been a label created and that UPS does not have the package. I have already filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau. I will be filling a complaint tomorrow with my state consumer protection agency as well. This is a scam company; DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. From the vast majority of reviews I have read online state these are dangerous and can cause weapon malfunctions. The protection agencies need to get involved and shut these scammers down. Its their duty to protect people.

If I could give this product a negative review I will. I see now why they sell three for the price of $150.

I was excited to try this product on my ar-15 and 6.5 creedmore rifles and it would help with storage and transportation. On my AR, this thing caused feeding issues. My rifle would not cycle, the buttstock kept swinging open with the least amount of pressure and at one point my rifle became unsafe. When trying to eject a round, my rifle misfed a round causing it to be pinched in the middle and unable to pull back on the slide because it was stuck. Another issue I had with this product was that the buttstock had a lot of movement at the hinge point. I do not recommend this product as it is a waste of time and money. Contacting customer support is a joke. They offered to replace the unit with another, which I refused due to the fact that I purchased 4 and all three did the same thing.

I have to imagine they are paying for these 4 & 5 star reviews. No one who uses firearms with any regularity could possibly think the build quality is any good. This folding stock adapter is trash. It doesn’t lock into folded position. RIDICULOUS. Who wants a floppy stock?? While it does work fine in fully extended mode the whole point is for it to be folded up. Add a locking mechanism you nimrods and stop with these clearly fake reviews.

Ordered a folding stock adaptor. What I received does not fit on my milspec rifle. The castle nut adaptor screw on is not long enough to actually join the adaptor to the lower. Also, the castle nut key sent with it to screw the adaptor in doesn't even fit their own product.

I’ve used the contact us page twice in an attempt to return this product over the last two weeks. I’ve yet to receive a response.

I recommend avoiding this company.

Purchased 1 folding stock adapter and did not install it. Aimaculate had a sale with 2 stock adapters. I ended up purchasing 2 more. After ordering the 2nd order I found time to install the first stock adapter I ordered. The stock adapter castle nut tool did not fit down where the castle nut goes. I sorta twisted the stock a little to tighten it a bit. Then the stock wouldn’t lock back in the folded position (magpul slr). I contacted aimaculate and they said that because it is a promotion you cannot return any stock adapters. I just wanted to return the second order totally unopened. They will do no such thing they stated I should’ve read their policy before I purchased anything. I have emails to verify everything I am saying. Also, I went on their website and looked at their policy it isn’t what they told me. It states if for any reason return for a refund within 30 days, so there must be a special policy for deals they offer. I would not purchase anything from them due to the fact they intentionally mislead customers/ potential customers. Well it’s true… you get what you pay for.

I would give this NO stars if possible.
The folding stock adapter is garbage. Buyer beware! And even though I am with 30 days they will not let me return. This company needs reported to BBB.

I purchased 3 of these. After receiving them realized that they were not a quality product. I emailed them to see how to return & was told that I bought these on a promotion & was not eligible for return.
No where on their website does it say anything about promotional purchases not returnable.

I've read reviews and saw multiple Videos on this product. I've been able to contact Aimaculate even through the Web page contact did not work. Regardless In my discussion with them waiting for a response on my questions. Will update.

Ordered the BOGO deal on 12/4/24. Told a friend and he alerted me to problems with item, customers who experienced gun breakage after install, & lack of cooperation with returns. Within (24) hours of ordering I attempted to cancel order with no success. Received an email several days later stating that cancellation was not possible. Bank would not block debit transaction for several days, and item arrived on 12/12. Immediately attempted to contact company by phone and email on 12/12 as instructed on website. Email rejected stating no such email address. Phone number also invalid. Advertising online and website prominently states satisfaction guaranteed, and all purchases can be returned within (30) days. Upon further scrutiny, buried in the fine print I found a conflicting statement that says “all sales are final if purchased” as part of a “BOGO” or similar transactions. This company is a SCAM operation, and will be filing a complaint with the state Consumer Affairs Department ASAP. Do not patronize this dishonest a deceptive business. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest option. For consumers who have been scammed, there should be a lower option, or a different classification all together.

Never received a confirmation number, shipping info, or a reply from any of the message I sent them (not including their customer service email that is non existent)

I'm giving a 1 star because it won't allow me to go any lower. After waiting 2 weeks on my order it arrived incorrect. 1 of the adapters is missing. Several attempts to email them even by responding to an email message from them earlier my emails can't be delivered. From there or even directly from the website. This is absolutely ridiculous. It took 10 days before my tracking number would even work. Absolutely no way will I ever do business with them, PERIOD!!! This is my second post regarding the same order. Total incompetence!!

Well for black frosay they were running a special for $69.95 So while placing the order for the single sale. When checking out it kept adding additional sales by itself into my cart. Everytime I try to check out it kept adding additional order by itself. So once I finally try to complete my ordered it went up to $201 from a $69.95. Once reaching out they told me it wasn't nothing that they could do. After 15 day I get a email stating that hey they finally fix the problem with the ordering process. Then had the nervous to tell if I wanted to return the extra orders it would be at my own expense. Who does business like this.

SCAM. CHECK the Better Business Website which gives them an "F" rating. Their office in Miami is a virtual office and not an actual office. The BBB address for them is an apartment complex. They boasts a 30 day return on all products on their front page but refused to take returns if the items are on sale and they all are. Vidieos show the product as unsafe where either the buffer retention pin snaps or the entire buffer goes flying out of the tube. Upon installation their is a gap that causes the product to make your stock wiggle. It states 4140 steel but is not, it is aluminum as a magnet will not attach to the product. It states made in USA but has no stamp on their product. Lastly they use Shopify, a third party vendor to ship. A company as big as it is should be shipping direct, have 24/7 support or at least an answering system, and a direct phone number for customer assistance; none of this happens. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Don't believe me then read the reviews everywhere to include on the BBB website and search out videos.

I have waited almost two weeks for my package to be delivered,never was and then today when it's supposed to be delivered, the website is gone and the email address for help is no longer valid. This is a complete scam. All it says for shipping is that it it's going to be late. And from what I have seen online, this company will not honor it.
