This is complete crap. The image generation doesn't work at all. And the chat is slow and very basic. You're better off just using Deepseek, Qwen, or Moonshot for free. Meta's AI chat is also free. I understand you might want to use AI for something other than chat, but if those features don't work, then it's useless.

I want to give AI Magicx a -0, but I can't, so 1 star. This is one of the worst scams there is out there. I paid for a lifetime subscription through UntilGone.com on February 9, 2026 and immediately created an account. The first few times I tried to use their portal, nothing worked. I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe since I was a new user, it took a day or two before my account became fully active.
Over 20 days later and nothing, zilch. Nothing works. I keep receiving streaming errors, server errors, etc. This is a complete scam. I've emailed them at the contact email address they have on their portal and nothing. No response. Yesterday they finally posted an alert on the portal that they are aware of the issues and that a fully working portal will be available at the end ofm March. The end of March! I paid at the beginning of February! And to top it off, they mention I am in a Beta portal!? This was never disclosed when I paid for my subscription. I paid for a working portal and not this BS scam. At this point, I am pressing UntilGone to refund me my money, and I have contacted my credit card company. I am also looking into finding attorneys who may be interested in a class-action suit, because what AI Magicx is doing is internet fraud, which is a Federal crime. I'm not going to let this rest.

If I could give AI Magicx zero stars, I absolutely would. Before the so‑called “beta update,” it barely functioned, now it’s a complete disaster. Nothing works. Every feature throws errors, crashes, or freezes, and the platform feels like it’s held together with duct tape and wishful thinking.

The developer, CEO Abdulhadi Yıldız, is completely unresponsive. No replies, no fixes, no updates, no acknowledgment of anything. You report a problem and it disappears into a black hole. For a paid service, that’s unacceptable.

And the problems aren’t minor, they’re deal‑breakers:
• Constant crashes that wipe out your work
• Failed generations that still drain your credits
• Features that used to work now broken beyond use
• Prompts stuck “processing” forever with no output
• Inconsistent results even when nothing changes
• Zero transparency about outages or bugs
• No customer support whatsoever
• No roadmap, no communication, no accountability

At this point, calling it a “beta” is generous. It feels more like a cash‑grab wrapped in buzzwords. The platform is unusable, the support is nonexistent, and the developer has vanished. Save your money — this is not a serious product.

How do I give it a zero star review?
It used to work well for chatting with multiple AI models, ChatGPT, Claude, etc. Since moving to Beta, it rarely sends your chat to the AI. What a waste of money this was!

I can't recall how I found AI Magicx (AIM), but it caught my interest right away. Could I, for a single, one-time fee use multiple chat engines, image generation, stories, TTS, and video generation? Sounds great, right? Heck, sign me up!
Their LTD page (still online as of 2/14/26) advertised a 30-day money-back guarantee, prompting my decision.

They're quick to take your money, but then things turn sour.
Great UI/UX - I'll say that for them. Upon signing in, directions become clear, eliminating uncertainty regarding your destination and task. Problem is, **nothing** works. Chat with an engine? Times out/no response. Image generation? Times out/no response. Document Editor? Times out/no response.
These tools operate sporadically, lacking sufficient reliability for utility.
Quickly, what was happiness in discovering a collection of tools under one LTD-roof turned to frustration.
I reached out to support. Shared screenshots of my issues. 2 weeks went by. No response.
More frustrated, I requested a refund for their product. I was within my 30-day window, right? They'd live up to their part of the deal, right?
Wrong. NO response, which, at that point, was about what I'd expected.
After another email to their non-existent support team, I reached out to my credit card company for a refund.
Their website? slick. Marketing? interesting. Using the application you paid for? An exercise in frustration.
I'm amazed by the reviews on other websites; no one could test this software for a day, let alone a week, without deeming it non-functional garbage. It doesn't matter what time or day I've tried to use chat - it always errors out.
Either excessive volume, insufficient staff skills, or a high volume of users crashing the service are potential issues they face. It doesn't matter. That's not my problem. They sold a service they cannot deliver. Full stop.
Support is non-existent. I've given them several weeks to reply and have gotten nothing in return.
The platform does not work.
Avoid this like the plague.
Other, superior solutions perform much better, and do exist.

Never subscribed to their service and got charged on my bank account. I dont understand how this is possible. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Pathetic Software. Has been giving only error messages since September. Customer service not reachable.

Avoid ! They take 0.10p from you then at a later date they access your bank and charge you £49.50 on a subscription basis that you dont even know about.

Bought lifetime option and ... it does not work good, poor quality, only each 3-4 query works. Too bad even for cheap service!

Mon fils a voulu acheter le 24 janvier 2026 une compression d’un PDF vendu par le site IA magic à 0,10 € et le lendemain il a réalisé que le site lui avait prélevé 49,90 euros pour un abonnement pro de 50 € par mois sans son consentement. Il vient de demander un remboursement et le site lui propose 50 % sans négociation. C’est une arnaque nous n’en nous en arrêterons pas là.

I bought a Rune lifetime membership through Stackcommerce because the price was too good to pass up. Well, in this case 25 cents would have been too much to pay. As others have said, it rarely works and when it does, the results are poor. I tried getting my money back through StackCommerce and at least they reply, but won't give me my money back since I already used the voucher. I had to use the voucher to see if it worked, so have a Catch 22 situation here. Anyway, don't waste your money.

So I decided to give it a try with a trial version, which according to FAQ includes all features:

"Returns and Refunds

As we offer a FREE plan that allows users to test all the tools and features, we do not offer refunds. Our free tier provides full access to evaluate the platform before making any paid commitments."

This is not true at all. You get 5 text prompts, 5 images, no video.

I tried 4 images, got 1 generated and 3 came back as black squares.

All models in chat except 1 are greyed out.

Audio from text was generated, but there are no editing tools and it was just flat with no intonation, pauses etc.

Upgrading a plan gave me error, deleting account sent me some email which I never received.

I would not trust this product, given how clumsily it's build.

Also for those on StackSocial looking for Rune plan with everything unlimited - get a trial version, go to settings -> Redeem code to see all packages and what is really included... for Rune:

Before its update to beta, it worked well. Now it very rarely works; multiple error messages always appear when trying to use any function. I'm disappointed because it was shaping up to be a good app. I hope they fix those errors...

The days I can actually use it are rare. The chat does not work with 99.99% of the AI models they have available. Image generation is a gamble; 90% of the time does not work. Even when it does not produce anything, it still counts towards your image limit. Customer service, nonexistent. It is not worth it at all.

The core function of this service, the AI search and chat, is completely broken. I am unable to perform any searches or get any chat replies, no matter which engine I select (Grok, Gemini, etc.). It's completely unresponsive.

To make matters worse, I've contacted their support team multiple times for help and have received zero response. It feels like the site has been completely abandoned.

Do not buy this. It's a waste of money for a dead service.
