I paid over $50 for one of their "quilted" laundry baskets. It is NOTHING AT ALL like the description. It's a cheap looking print on canvas and not the beautiful, quilted product advertised on their site.

The product was not at all like the website. It was supposed to be a quilted laundry basket. It was beautiful on the website, but the product I got was not quilted at all, but a photograph of quilted fabric. I have contacted them several times to get a return authorization and although they respond quickly, they are making excuses and giving me a return. The last letter told me I should give it to a friend since I didn't like it.

Like others, I ordered a quilted purse and received a canvas bag. ZENDESK is the scam (AIORRAX) company’s AI. I would be cautious any time they are the AI any company is using. They, too, may be scam companies. Someone should look into Zendesk, too.

Total scam. Took two months to arrive. The written description in the ads says “quilted” more than once. The item I received is just a printed piece of fabric, no stitching whatsoever that resembles “quilting”.
Lesson learned. Do not buy from ads on social media or that play during games, videos etc.

I ordered a (Quilted) laundry bag now I received a canvas photo copied bag.. wish I was smart enough to have read these reviews before ordering! There is nothing quilted way canvas can be quilted and they stated they were sorry about my being upset about the lack of seams!! What no! Upset about the lack of quilting! Please do not purchase anything from this fraudulent company!! PLEASE!!!

Ordered a "QUILTED tote bag but it came as a "CANVAS Bag" Disgusted how these companies get away with false advertising

The "baskets" I got were not like they were pictured. They had pictures printed on some plastic fabric, not quilted on cotton. I contacted them immediately and was told they were sorry I was not happy with the product, to keep them and they would refund 15% or give me 15% off my next order but I would never order again. I said that wasn't acceptable and was offered a 20% refund which still wasn't acceptable and said if they didn't refund it all I would contact our credit card company. I never heard back and our credit card company refunded the charge.

CONSUMER BEWARE: Aiorrax marketed a fabric quilted laundry bag in really cute designs on social media. In 3-4 weeks, I received heavy vinyl bags with pictures of those quilted designs on them. If I attempted to return them, I realize that this company is in Hong Kong, with heavy shipping return fees born by the consumer, and there's no guarantee that a repayment will really happen. I'm sorry I tried to do business with this company. (And I also note that the same bags are offered by overseas companies with different names.....so beware).

The photos of their laundry baskets show the baskets to be fully quilted. After about a month waiting for my item to arrive, I found this was truly a bait and switch from this advertisement. The $50 quilted laundry basket I purchased had no quilting the fabric was screen printed to look like quilting.
I complained to the company. They had me jump through hoops, take and send pictures of the package, label, the inside product to ensure condition.
They responded telling me their advertisement indicated the actual product may not be exact and possibly I should gift my laundry basket to someone. Please don't purchase their product. You will be disappointed. I believe this product came from China to a middle man in the US and then on to me. Total Junk.

Misrepresented the products as quilted when they were of poor quality, printed on rough canvas material.

I should have read these reviews before making a purchase. Quilted laundry basket not as advertised. Cheap material with printed “quilting”. Do not purchase from this company. I doubt any redress will come of my complaint.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. If you order directly off their website, like I did, do NOT expect to get a quilted version of the laundry baskets you order. The main reason I ordered is how beautiful they looked in the advertisement, and I could not wait to get the hand crafted, quilted baskets that I ordered and when they arrived, they were a print of the style I selected. I went back and forth with Aiorrax via emails and got nowhere. They tried to say that I got what I ordered. I wish I would have ordered them through Amazon since they would have held them accountable to give the customer what they expected. I feel ripped off and super disappointed!

It took a long time (like 4 weeks) to arrive. It was advertised as a quilted laundry basket, but quilted stitching was just printed on. The design was basically a screenshot of the Netfix series Shaun the Sheep, enlarged to fit the size of the fabric. I'm never buying from this company again.

Total bait and switch. All the other reviews are true. Do not purchase!!! Wish I had read these reviews first. I feel violated.

It actually needs a 0 but that’s not an option. They show beautiful quilted laundry baskets but they have clearly stolen from another seller’s website. What you get is printed canvas baskets that are ugly! Do not buy from this company!

I ordered a quilted bag for my sister’s birthday that I had seen on line. The ad contained beautiful quilted bags, stated clearly the bags were quilted, and my order said quilted bag. The canvas bag arrived with a picture on it but absolutely no quilting. I responded to them about it and they said it was correct and I could return it for another $20.

I order quilted laundry baskets and received flat print basket nothing like what was shown on their website. No help from their customer service! I would not recommend this product!

If I could leave less than one star I would! Please DO NOT order from this company!! It took a month to receive my order. The items were supposed to be cotton blend and quilted. They were neither! Garish colors, screened print, and not one single quilted element. They responded by email, but jerked me around for weeks, slowly increasing a refund offer with each email ( that took days in between to receive), but never getting to the full amount (15%, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60) and telling me that if I want to return the items, it would cost me $20! Why would I ever accept less than a full refund when I did not receive what I ordered?!
Fortunately I used PayPal and they awarded me the refund I deserved. This company is nothing less than deceptive and deceitful.

The products in no way match the descriptions provided provided in the videos on their website. They are a scam and extremely dishonest and I would never purchase anything from this site. I purchased laundry baskets that were supposed to be quilted according to the video but what I got was more like burlap with an image printed on it. garbage
