Poor service and no sight of refund
Still no refund has been issued and I was promised by Airclass.
This is a joke and I keep sending messages and it seems they don’t want to pay me my refund.
Can anyone sort this out this is 5th time I have been promised about my refund and I have been chasing that since April. Lessons stopped obviously and my money hasn’t been paid back.
LA JHENNY said she is manager and promised the refund more than two weeks ago and every time I chase for money, they said we will get back to you but they never will.
They took my bank details again for refund which was I didn’t wanted to give but they said we will need your details to issue refund.
I have reported my bank about this company an will file an official complaint as well externally.
Beware it seems a bogus and fraudulent company.

Never using air class again and advise no one else to use them, after cancelling subscription they are still attempting to take money please do not use them.

And we just found what unpleasant experience you had on Air-Class. We saw that you had our trial lesson and also tried to pay for our official lessons. We’re so thankful for your choice and we noticed that the payment failed, and I guess that’s why you think that it’s a scam.
We’re a global online 1-on-1 education institution, founded in Singapore and the United Kingdom in 2014. You can find all these information online. Because of this, we have multiply brands all over the world, sometimes the bank transfer is not that easy.

Beware of this company!!
Pathetic company,despite confirming for the refund few times there are no signs of refund whatsoever from last 3 weeks, spoke to Faye and Samantha from this company in UK earlier but now they don’t pick up phone anymore.
