Smooth, easy to use, professional provider

We were able to schedule an appointment for at in home doctors visit. The Dr was able to arrive earlier. Booking was easy to setup, the application was easy to use and updates were seamless. The Dr’s visit was excellent.

I would like to highly recommend the Air Doctor app.
I used the service during a trip abroad when I needed to see a doctor for my precious children, and the experience was simply perfect from start to finish.
• Ease of use: The app's interface is completely user-friendly and allows you to find specialist doctors or nearby clinics within seconds, including a great home-visit option that made things so much easier for us when the doctor came straight to the hotel.
• Availability and customer service: The response was exceptionally fast. I received constant support and answers to every question while far from home, including WhatsApp chats where I got precise instructions on how to purchase the medication, and whenever needed, they checked with the clinic regarding any questions that came up about the prescription.
• Zero bureaucracy: The best part was that I didn’t have to deal with complicated forms, phone calls to medical centers, and trying to figure out how to handle the situation—the service simply takes care of everything smoothly and transparently.
An absolute must-have app for anyone traveling abroad who wants peace of mind. Without a doubt, I will continue to use it on every future trip.

Abbiamo avuto un’esperienza eccellente con Air Doctor durante il nostro viaggio in Italia. La dottoressa è venuta direttamente al nostro Airbnb per visitare mia figlia, che aveva un forte mal d’orecchio. È stata puntuale, professionale, scrupolosa e ha spiegato tutto in modo molto chiaro.

Ci ha indicato chiaramente i passi da seguire e ci ha fornito le prescrizioni necessarie. È riuscita persino ad arrivare prima dell’orario previsto, permettendomi così di andare in farmacia e ritirare i farmaci prima della chiusura delle 13:00. Tutto si è svolto alla perfezione e mia figlia sta già iniziando a sentirsi meglio.

Poter contare su un’assistenza medica affidabile mentre si viaggia con i propri figli mi ha dato una grandissima tranquillità. Sono davvero grata per il servizio ricevuto e utilizzerei sicuramente di nuovo Air Doctor. Lo consiglio vivamente! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you look for care and competence - DO NOT book with Air-Dr.

I needed an appointment from Canada, having a streptococcal pharyngitis and chest infection. I sent a photo of my throat with white spots. I saw the Dr for 2 MINUTES, Dr V Y only asked me 1 question (when did it start?) and did not even consider asking about other symptoms such as respiratory issues and pus which I have. It cost 110 USD !!! Which was never advised, we thought it was in CAD since we were in Canada and we were advised that he could prescribe for Ontario so we thought the service was from Canada !! So my 2minutes appointment, with half of my problem fully neglected costed us $157 CAD !! Now I’m left worrying that the 5 days antibiotics will not be enough to treat both my throat and my chest infection. I had previous medical mistakes with antibiotics intake that still
Impact my health today and after this appointment, I feel neglected and left with additional stress that I will need more antibiotics intake and pay for a second appointment !

Some doctors truly does their job for the $$, they forget that we actually pay for their luxury life style and that they have people’s health and wellbeing on the line !!

The doctor came to our hotel in Quito on a Saturday morning and provided a thorough exam. It was a wonderful experience and we are so glad to know this service exists!

On holidays in Rhodes, Greece, Got an appointment within minutes of request, great communication throughout the process, really nice doctor & very thorough in his examination.
Bit pricy but can’t complain as was needed ! Also just to mention appointments were available same day in clinic or as a call out.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment with an English speaking doctor near me. When I arrived he already knew what I needed, asked me a few routine questions and gave me what I needed. He was very professional, friendly and helpful.
