They will keep your money even when no products been shipped and not reply anywhere
I placed an order on the 17th of April with international shipping. I got a call from Leanne the same day saying there was an error in the order form and that they do not offer free international shipping. She said she would have to cancel the order and I agreed. I have an automatically generated transcript and a recording of this.
I checked the order status 3 days later and it still wasn’t showing “cancelled” or “refund initiated”. So I emailed them asking if everything was ok. Leanne had lead me to believe she would cancel it right away. That was not the case. 2 days after I raised a ticket thinking I might receive a reply faster that way. I sent another email again 3 days later. 3 more days later I raised another ticket to the refund department. It has now been 14 days, exactly 2 weeks, since I placed the order and talked with Leanne. I have not received any reply anywhere. Too bad 10 years with Dinair has come to this. I will not be supporting any company that takes my money and doesn’t reply or refund it as promised for 2 full weeks.
