To date I have booked two journeys with Lina Simon, She has been fantastic in all aspect's. I have yet to actually take one of the journeys (Next week is the first) I will add more after the flight. But so far my experience has been perfect.

My wife and I are about to take our third trip with tickets booked with Lina Simon. Lina has been easy to work with and has found us good options that have allowed us to enjoy business class service and lounges at significant savings. Both previous trips were booked with friends who also wanted the same flights and she was able to impress our friends as well which made us feel good about recommending her.

SCAM ! BEWARE!
I spent approximately $3600 on a round trip flight, come to find out it was not a real ticket.
I had to purchase a new flight while at the airport counter because the ticket sold to me was fake. Imagine the distress I went through trying to check in and the agent telling me I am not booked on the flight.
BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I am now asking for a refund and they have no response for me.

Stay away from these guys—they hide information and only reveal everything later. Once they charge your card, you’re on your own. There are plenty of better companies out there, so it’s best to avoid them.

Ask For Julian. He is a smart and very knowledgeable young man who found me the best business class deal possible.

Sarah Camp and Dean were absolutely amazing! After finding me a superb fare and flight, the airline behaved appallingly and downgraded me at the gate for the international portion of my flight, leaving me in the airport for 24 hours without even allowing me into the lounge. Sarah and Dean fought tirelessly to successfully secure me a refund without any prompting from me. I will definitely use Air Business Travel in the future.

Lina Simon made the often harrowing ticketing experience easy and enjoyable. She was responsive to all our needs and exceeded our expectations with the business class flight we booked. She will assuredly be our go to person for all our future travel plans

ABT took care of us from start to finish. We had some specific needs, like seat location and type of seat for the longer leg of the trip. ABT, via Audrey M, ensured our needs were met, despite the first airline actually canceling the first flight. ABT switched airlines for no additional cost, made sure our requests carried over, and our experience was flawless. We look forward to using them again.

I’m still not sure exactly how this company operates? But it worked for us at a bad time we had to travel internationally for a funeral.
Gabriel was our contact, based in USA or at least all the details indicated that to be the case, I’ll say that I was nervous using the service with so many scams these days would’ve been easier to go into high street agents but everything worked out just fine, some things about the airlines could have been a lot better but that’s a different review.
Gabriel found us good prices situation considered short notice n all that, he responded in timely manner via email and phone to any questions etc and was very helpful trying to find what best suited us and we had no problems until I used the reference number he sent me? I logged into the airline site to check it was all real and while there made a couple of seat and food changes and that was a mistake? This is how it all worked.
I made the enquiry, Gabriel responded, I agreed to the deal and sent proof of ID and payment and got a receipt, a day before the flight Gabriel emailed told me he had checked us in and sent a copy of boarding passes, at the airport everything went as though we had booked directly with them no problems at all.
We don’t fly much so excuse if this is basic knowledge but this is how I think it works.
When I booked through them, they take money from me and book using their account and pay from their banks so in practice they are the customers and any interactions with airlines need to be through them or things could go wrong but Gabriel sorted my mistakes so it was all good.
I don’t know if this company earns flyer points but I wasn’t given any but that didn’t bother us, I don’t know if in practice that’s the same as high street agencies, maybe it is and I never questioned it.
Anyway summing up Gabriel was great and everything went as planned so I would use them in future, hopefully with more time to plan so prices would be much lower than what we had to pay for short notice.

...wanting everything to be in place for our trip next week. First time with ABT. We had issues connecting with the agent, Michael Bardi, right away...that should have clued us in. The 1st leg appears to be okay, which is why they got 2 stars. In the 2nd leg, we booked side-by-side (obviously) and then got the booking info showing us one-behind-the-other. This was in Feb 2023. Immediately began emailing & calling Michael repeatedly. He finally responds saying that it's COVID protocol for AirFrance, but they will fix it once we get closer to the departure date of 10-15-23. And I quote, "No worries."
Guess what? We are NOT sitting side-by-side!
Been emailing and calling the last 2 weeks. Michael doesn't respond. Keep getting Christopher, who was told by the airline that there aren't any other seats available. I was promised a call back four times in the last week. Nothing. And we're supposed to trust that Michael is going to get us our boarding passes next week?? Riiiiiiight. Interesting that I was asked, "PLEASE don't contact the airline." The manager is supposed to call me tomorrow. We'll see. My next call will be to the airline.
This could have been resolved in February, but Michael brushed us off repeatedly. BTW, you can "tip" your agent at the time of purchase, which we did. As soon as he got the tip? Gone.

Alright to be honest I was a skeptic I used the service to fly my mother in business class and was so nervous… surprise surprise William Cohen my representative was so professional and followed up every time I had a doubt of a question. It all worked out and my mother reached me and back flying in business very comfortably and I did not have to break the bank to make this happen. I am going to be using the service for my personal travel too. Great service at affordable prices.

This is my first time using a service like this and I was skeptical but it was fantastic!

Ray helped me find a number of great flight options. He was very knowledgeable, prompt and friendly.

He followed up numerous times after booking and before my flight. I felt very reassured.

Max Levin was extremely helpful in securing us flights from Europe back to the USA. I have used him before and I’ve been very happy with the results.

My agent, Oliver Sykes, worked with me tirelessly as my itinerary and travel dates changed multiple times. He was able to get me significantly lower price quotes than my old travel agency, despite needing to fly into/out of different cities and last-minute bookings. Oliver was super responsive and held my hand throughout the entire process, throughout my traveling, and especially when an emergency necessitated us having to cut my trip short - exchanging messages many times as he diligently hunted down feasible flight options even when it was a Sunday and late night for him. Fraud.

ABT quoted me. I paid a day later via card. I got a call stating the ticket will be issued in my name with a Booking number. I was told if I called the Airline directly they would be confused about who I was as ABT email and phone would be on the ticket and not mine. ABT would have to check me into the flight 24 hours before takeoff.

Furthermore, I contacted a competitor who quoted double. I sent them a screenshot of the quote. I spoke with Aziz. After the screenshot was emailed. I got call from someone with a Polish or Russian accent.
