At a critical, time-sensitive moment, AirCounsel was able to provide timely and insightful support. It was an emotionally difficult and complex situation, but their provided counsel was able to help me navigate how best to mitigate my options.

I went to Just Answer, Rocket Lawyer, Zoom Lawyer, and maybe one other. None of them could do what AirCounsel did. AirCounsel was able to expedite my order so it could be completed in less than a week, give me an up front cost for what I needed, and did not require that I sign up for a recurring subscription. They were also able to answer all of my questions BEFORE I created an account. Unlike the others where I had to create an account just to get answers where I was told that I would not be able to get my order within my desired timeline. Then I had to go through the pain of canceling my subscription account and getting a refund since they couldn’t fulfill my needs. Not AirCounsel! They could answer my questions and in fact never even required that I go through the leg work of creating an account. What a modern Breeze!! I will literally never go anywhere else if I need an online lawyer, especially on a time crunch. Their customer support was fantastic the entire way through and answered my questions promptly - could not have done it without them. The price was higher than at least one of the others, but at least they could expedite my order. 100% worth it given my scenario. I was about to throw in the towel. In my head I was saying “I guess no one can help me, I give up”, but then AirCounsel came through!

Very quick turnaround on my 60+ page contract review. Legal advice is rarely cheap, but with AirCounsel I knew the fixed price and requested a contract review. After receiving the advice annotated on the contract I paid to have amendments written for me. Using the express turnaround premium service I had a document ready to send 24 hours later.

I had a nagging suspicion that much of it is done with AI, but the fact a qualified legal professional is reviewing the output and choosing which advice to give is what matters. I certainly felt more confident than asking ChatGPT to do it for me.

The service was quick and effective. My assigned lawyer gave me the certainty I needed and fought for me, while using my resources optimally. I am happy to recommend AirCounsel and will gladly use the service again.

Legal matters can be stressful and anxiety provoking. I was very skeptical at first using an on-line company I had no experience with. This company and my attorney Drew were very responsive. It was close to having your attorney on speed dial. Excellent service.
