We recently completed a SIP trunk transition away from legacy PRI's

We recently completed a SIP trunk installation with AireSpring and the service has been stable and successful. Their team was responsive and helped implement Anonymous Call Rejection across our SIP trunks, which worked exactly as designed during testing.

There were a few delays in follow-up at times and some limitations around blocking spoofed inbound calls at the carrier level, but overall AireSpring delivered what they promised and has been a good partner. I would recommend them.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience during the service disconnect process did not meet expectations.

Based on our records, there were no early termination or disconnect fees applied to your account. However, telecom circuit disconnects can sometimes take up to 45 days to fully complete with underlying carriers, and billing may continue during that period while the service remains active. We understand how this timing can be frustrating, and we apologize if the process was not clearly communicated.

I would give a negative if I could

I would give a negative if I could. When we first went with them the installer did not get a permit and cut the lines which then took weeks to get. They have been nothing but a pain. Then once canceled they charged me for paper invoice $8. TERRIBLE.

In regards to your response, you failed to mentioned that the proper permit was not received to install and MODOT did take time. Also, the account was closed and the last invoice paid. So we were billed $8 for a 0 invoice for 2 or 3 months. Very inefficent. Our whole experience was a comedy/drama of series of mishaps. And no, I do not want to discuss anything with AireSpring. I have spoken with them enough.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, and we understand how disruptive installation delays can be especially for a school environment.

After reviewing the history of your order, we’d like to provide some context that may help clarify what occurred. Your location required a custom fiber build with over 2,000 feet of new fiber to be placed by the underlying carrier. During construction, the carrier’s crew (not AireSpring) unfortunately damaged some nearby irrigation and lighting, which required repairs and additional permits. While this work was completed at the carrier’s expense, it did add time to the installation process.

The primary source of delay, however, was the Missouri Department of Transportation (MODOT) right-of-way permit, which had no guaranteed timeline and took much longer than anticipated for approval. Although permitting is outside the control of both AireSpring and the carrier, our team remained actively engaged.

Beginning November 1, 2021, we provided daily updates to your team and escalated the case repeatedly to ensure progress was made as quickly as possible. Once the state permit was approved, the carrier completed the construction ahead of schedule and the service was delivered and tested successfully.

Regarding the $8 paper invoice charge, AireSpring does assess this fee for mailed invoices — a standard practice across our industry — and it is outlined in the customer support materials provided on our website and at the start of service. That said, we understand how this may have been unexpected and appreciate your feedback.

Amazing Account Rep comes through in a clutch. Jon Massad

I can not say enough good things regarding Jon Massad. When my business partner and I had challenges with our services he was able to connect with the service tech required to correct the problem. Just recently our organization experienced a challenge that literally brought down communications with one of our busiest area office. Not only was he able to arrange knowledgeable technician to support us. He present during the entire process to ensure that we received the support that we needed! Jon Massad was definately the MVP of the day during that challenge.

I have been working with AireSpring, Jon Massad and Paul Nahon now for 6 years. Jon and Paul have always been there to help me with any issue and that is still true today. I really appreciate the support when there is an issue even if there isn't a sale at that time. I would recommend them to anybody!

Service and support beyond their competitors

I have been in the Telecom industry over 20 years and the service and support Airsepring offers is so beyond any other carrier I can think of. They pick up the phone and immediately look for a solution. When you call support you are not talking to people paid to answer phones. You are talking to trained knowledgeable people. Any client I can put with Airespring I do. I never hear from my Airespring customers the are well taken care of.

Reliable & repsonsive

We have been using Airespring for over 5 years. When we have needed assistance, they were incredibly responsive but for the most part, the reliability of the phone system and service we have with them simply runs without worry in the background to keep our company running everyday.

I am Jerome Plummer President of Business Class Solutions. We are a master Telecom agency.
Currently we have a Grocery store Chain / Customer with 6 locations and Corporate a Head Quarters all located in Dade County. For the past 6 years Airespring has provided Voice and data for their entire chain. There are 77 Aire PBX Hosted VoIP users and Symmetrical Fiber at all locations. Best Practices says "Shop before you Auto Renew" Knowing they are coming out of contract August 2025, they had asked me to shop "mirror image" services with 4 competitors. Airespring Won the business for another 336 month by providing the Lowest cost and best solution Yvonne Napoleon Vice President, Customer Success, And David Limb Account Manager have been instrumental in our Customer Success. They are the reason Airespring shines, they are what keeps their competition up at night!

I have been in the telecom industry as an employee and now an agent since 1988. Airespring is one of 5-10 companies we recommend most often.
Their portfolio of products crosses over technologies from old to new. What really separates them from the rest is our agent manager Mike Nesci and their VP of customer care Yvonne Napoleon. I cannot EVER remember calling her for assistance when she didn't pick up. Sometimes i think there's 3 of her :)

We would sincerely like to respond directly to your concern Bob, but there is not sufficient information in your posting for Airespring to investigate. No specifics are given. You have also not supplied any contact information. We reached out to Trustpilot without success for such information.

At this point we do not have enough information from your post to know whether the problem arises from AireSpring, from a spoofed call/message unassociated with AireSpring (which occasionally happens), or from a provider other than AireSpring.

AireSpring would appreciate further information from you. Please call Amy, our Director of Customer Experience at 818-647-0040.

AireSpring takes complaints seriously and investigates them proactively and in real-time monitors analytics of traffic patterns on its network for the purpose of screening out robocalls or potentially unlawful traffic. Based on the analytics, certain traffic may be blocked and/or AireSpring sends a warning to the customer from which the call originated. AireSpring takes additional affirmative and proactive action to eliminate invalid or unlawful calls. AireSpring does not permit its customers to use AireSpring’s network for any illegal or fraudulent purpose. AireSpring will and has terminated customer accounts for this reason.

AireSpring does not listen to or record the contents of calls on its network. There are legal restrictions against doing so. Even though AireSpring employs a number of proactive protections against unlawful traffic, AireSpring (in addition to every other voice provider) has no way to catch or guard against everything.

AireSpring regrets the bad experience that you voice here but we can't even be sure it is related to AireSpring without any further information.

Airespring has given us great service for several years. In addition to the consistency, the quality is great and when there has been any issue or a need to contact customer service, the response has been immeidate and effective. We have just signed another renewal for our contract. No reason to go anywhere else when you have the best!

Clear comms with functional people.

There are multiple reasons why I give AireSpring a 5-star review.

I get the best system status notifications of any provider I've ever used in my 26 years of IT. Clear and simple messages informing me of what is happening. And if that sounds like lots of downtime, we have also never known AireSpring to be down in the past 2+ years, so no downtime.

AireSpring is full of functional humans from top to bottom. The OG CBeyond was the only provider similar in this regard. I appreciate doing business with other human beings (imagine that!) and not just web interfaces and long hold times.
