WARNING ABOUT THIS SCAM COMPANY. 72 DAYS LATER I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED WHAT I PAID FOR!
This company is like no one other, and definitely not in the good way. I ordered a combo pack of one for my cellphone and one to use as a necklace on February 1st and got an email saying they had to ship the products in two different parcels because they were sold out of one of them in the European warehouse, and therefore had to ship it from the American warehouse. It has now been 72 days and they still have not sent the last product. I have lost count of how many emails I have sent back and forth with them trying to get them to send the product I paid for. Just wasting my time over and over again.
They continue to sell these products on the website, even though they are not in stock, apparently. They are now instead trying to get me to pay more to receive a bigger product and say that they can not guarantee when they will ship the actual product I paid for 2,5 months ago if I don’t pay more to get a bigger one. The product is in another warehouse, so this is just them not wanting to cover extra shipping from the states and want to trick me into spending more.
What kind of customer service is this? I’m shook. Super rude and very arrogant. Instead of spending all this time on advertising with big athletes and so on they should focus on sending products to their paying customers. Will certainly not recommend anyone to buy from these scammers. This company is all smoke and mirrors. You’ll be lucky if you actually receive what you pay them money for….
Horrible customer «service»
I have to say I’m baffled at the horrible customer service at Airestech. To call it customer «service» is a long stretch.
I bought one of their combo packs with two pieces and was contacted after I paid with the message that one piece was sold out from the european factory, but they would ship it from their US facility. That was not a problem for me. I first received the piece they had.
In the meantime my mother wanted to buy the same combo pack, and put in an order of the same items.
3 weeks later I had still not received the second part of the order, nor a tracking link. I contact customer service and ask what’s happening with the parcel and they don’t reply for a week. I give them a call, where I ask why they don’t reply and her answer was that they had to check with the courier and that was why it took so long. I then receive an email with a tracking link, where I could see that the parcel was just being sent the prior day. So it was certainly not in transit as they first said.
My mother is still waiting for her second parcel. She was contacted like myself to say the last item was sold out and that it would be sent in two shipments. It has now been close to 7 weeks and they have still not sent the last one. She contacted them the other day as she has been VERY PATIENT(!!) and the answer she got was that she could either wait longer for the European factory to get more stock(without any kind of information about when they actually get more products to their facility), cancel the second part of her order or pay extra to get a larger item sent from the european facility. They clearly don’t want to cover the extra cost to send it from the factory that has it in stock, so instead they let the customer pay the price.
Why do they think it’s ok to let a paying customer have to wait close to 2 months for a product that was advertised as in stock? Might even take longer as well, as they can not say when the product gets back. Why do they still sell these products as «in stock» to european customers when they are in fact sold out?
They don’t seem to give a crap about their customers. That’s a fact. So sick of all these companies that just don’t care. Would not recommend buying anything from Airestech for obvious reasons.

I've purchased many of their products over the past few years and have recommended them to many friends of mine, so when I had an issue with the Aires one as the rubber slipped off from my phone causing me to lose it, I presumed that they would gladly send a replacement to me. However they have been so cheap, inconsiderate and frankly scammy that they won't offer any sort of replacement and are requesting that I buy a new one myself.
I don't understand companies like this, why would you not treat your customers better especially those that have been loyal and have purchased many items in the past. They offered 15% discount on next purchase which is pathetic, bare in mind how much this costs, and how much I have bought before, let alone it was not my fault I lost it in the first place!

The necklace essentially broke down in 6 months. The coating is peeling off, breaking, air bubbles, it looks like crap now, and I wonder if now that the coating is gone what impact that’s having on the tech?
This happened once, and they gave me a replacement. I had been wearing it in the shower, so I thought that was it. The second time around I simply wore it around my neck during the day. Same thing.
If I paid $30, okay, but for the price it’s unacceptable for me. What am I to do? Buy a new one every 6 months?
(Edit: I am not asking for a third replacement. I’m simply sharing a review that I paid over $200 for a necklace that twice has broken down after 6 months. It’s a bummer, I like it, but the quality is just s***)

Cheaply made and falls part very quickly
Purchased the necklace. Started falling apart after 6-8 weeks. Now 4 months old and nearly completely fallen apart. All the rubber/silicon coating has fallen off. Very very cheaply and badly made

Aires Flex pendant - waste of money
I received my Aires Flex pendant (with up to 42 ft protection) on Wed 26 Nov 25, in South Australia. The product was advertised as patented and scientifically proven to protect against EMF, which influenced my decision to purchase it. However, I have noticed no difference while wearing it and feel I’ve wasted A$271.90.
I emailed the Customer Support team on 29 Nov 25 requesting a full refund, and they advised that a refund would be issued once the item was returned and inspected. I returned the item on 1 Dec 25. Australia Post tracking confirmed delivery on Thu 4 Dec 25 at 12:31pm to their VIC address, with photos provided in the email correspondences.
Pending the full refund.

URGENT WARNING: EU Businesses Should AVOID Aires Tech (Illegal VAT Collection)
I am writing this review to strongly caution all VAT-registered businesses in the EU against purchasing from Aires Tech. Our experience shows their invoicing and customer service directly violate mandatory EU VAT law, leading to illegal charges.
The Issue:
We placed a B2B order from their Polish location. Due to EU rules (the Reverse Charge mechanism), the invoice should have had a 0% VAT rate.
However, Aires Tech illegally charged and collected DKK 437.76 in VAT. They incorrectly claim this money is either Polish or Danish VAT collected on behalf of tax authorities.
The Reality & Our Communication:
We confirmed with the Danish Tax Agency (SKAT) that Aires Tech has no legal right to collect this tax on a B2B transaction.
We cannot recover this illegally collected amount in our Danish VAT return. This means Aires Tech's process forces EU businesses to pay VAT twice: once to them, and again through our national tax system.
Despite repeated communication and providing clear legal evidence, Aires Tech refuses to issue a credit note, refuses to refund the money they pocketed, and refuses to issue a correct, VAT-compliant invoice.
Conclusion:
Aires Tech's current process means they are effectively stealing the VAT money from their EU business customers by collecting it illegally and then refusing to return it. They show no interest in solving this legal compliance issue.
If you are a VAT-registered company, do not risk your finances or accounting compliance by dealing with Aires Tech. You will be overcharged, and they will refuse to fix their error. Buyer beware.
Shocking customer service
Ordered the zone max. The delivery company delivered it to an unknown address and now airestech have been ignoring me for the past 4 days avoiding accountability. £200 out of pocket and still no sign of ever getting my order

Good things first.
The piece of mind feeling like I’m protected is great.
Now the bad things
Don’t notice any difference. Nothing different with my sleep nothing different with my day to day. Now the products
I brought the GO and their keychain it comes with came apart and I lost my device. They wouldn’t replace it. As it’s not their fault.
Brought the FLEX wore it on their necklace everyday only took it off to shower. The string came out of its attachment and I lost the device while walking. Didn’t notice till I got home. They won’t replace it. Or one up to it. Sayings it’s wear and tear not a manufacturing problem.
There website says money back guarantee. Which is not true.
Has anyone tested their product with an emf tester?

Very disappointed customer
Bought my first initial device with go key chain attachment a year ago. I was happy with the device initially but the keychain broke causing me to loose the device within the first year. Obviously this was upsetting as it was expensive.
Decided to buy another device with the (more expensive) flex.
Within the first month the outer part of the actual device was peeling back and some of the copper was exposed. I emailed the company and they said they device works as normal and they won’t replace it, which I found annoying since, again, it is an expensive device and I would expect more than a month out of it before parts start becoming exposed.
Continued to use and a week ago the flex broke causing me to lose yet another device. I hadn’t even had it for 3 months. When I emailed to say the attachments keep breaking even when I’ve paid more for the sturdier options they told me they only cover factory defaults and not loss of device. Obviously two different chains breaking is a factory default and if this hadn’t happened I wouldn’t have lost either device.
Overall not the best quality and very unhappy with their customer service.

Seems they have a real issue with supplying their product and delivering a good level of customer service. It’s been 5 weeks+ since I placed and paid for the order (and I paid £16.00 postage) so I could get it in central London. I still havent received it. I have reached out over email and instagram with very non customer focused replies and dates of when it would be received, and unfortunately they missed those. I had the product before and it did work a bit until it fell off my phone due to the glue not being sticky enough. The science seems solid, just need to be able to receive the product and trat their customers better. Very disappointing.

INITIAL REVIEW: I have not recieved the product, nor any shipping information. Simply an email stating order placed. It has been nearly 4 weeks. Shipping to UK on website states 10-14 days.
I have reached out on IG and by email to support. Nothing.
UPDATE TO REVIEW: I have recieved a response on here, see below, I have also received clarification via Airestech support directly, that this will indeed be the case.
I await delivery of the product and compensation product, and once that happens I shall update the review accordingly.
