Ryan and his colleague did an excellent job at our house. They installed a new AC unit with the outdoor unit too and the work was really neat and professional - very much recommend anyone to use his services, thanks!

Ryan and his entire team were friendly, extremely respectful and professional. The units installed have exceeded our expectations in regards to cooling and quality. We could not be more happy to recommend RC Cooling to anyone. When we were deciding to carry out the work we had concerns over how the installation could cause disruption to our recently decorated house and whether it would be possible to route the pipe work through our home. Ryan dealt with this aspect like a true professional and although the work did prove to be difficult his team rose to the challenge. Every promise made was kept and every issue resolved to our complete satisfaction. Communication from Ryan was excellent and we were able to work around the installation with minimal disruption to our work and family life.

We hired RC Cooling for a complex installation of a ducted system throught three floors of our house. Several other AC companies claimed that the project was overly complicated and too much for them to handle. Ryan and team did a great job installing duct work throught the house in less than ideal loft spaces. They completed the job in a timely manner and on budget. I would highly recommend using this firm for further AC related residential projects.

Overall, we have had a very positive experience working with RC Cooling. From initial contact, their communications have been prompt and pro-active. An unforeseen project delay on our end was met with understanding and cooperation - no fuss. Installation was simply rescheduled and calls were made to us to check progress. Again, no fuss. A knowledgeable and friendly team installed the system with efficient expertise. Early tests of the system are good and we expect all to work as it should when it goes into full operation. Ryan was extremely helpful, knowledgable and competitively priced. He serviced and validated my 3 Toshiba units, responded quickly when initially contacted and rectified an issue with my ducting which was concerning me. Ryan and Curtis installed six indoor units together with two external units at our home across ground floor, first floor and attic, including the necessary electrical upgrades for the two external units. The installation was neat and tidy and they paid particular thought and attention to the external trunking. Throughout the project Ryan was happy to discuss ideas, options, and costs. We're very happy and satisfied with the completed job. Time will tell whether air-conditioning the house was worth it, but if we do decide to have more rooms air-conditioned then we would definitely ask Ryan and Curtis again.
