Booking the flights was a doddle but the car hire.. Round and round the same screens saying "you need to tick a box" Got it sorted eventually but no idea why

Easy to follow steps to booking flight. Makes the whole experience less stressful. The booking part was easy. The flight itself was a TOTAL nightmare. It took over 60 hours from Glasgow to Bangkok on what should have been a 17 hour flight and my suitcase carrying my medication was left behind in Paris and had to be tracked and returned with the help of Thai Airways. Personally, I would not fly again with Air France/KLM even if there flights were free. It was such a stressful experience.

Frustrated that I bought premium economy tickets but I still have to pay for my seat selection ahead of my flights.

Easy to book. My husband had a dreadful experience with another airline last September. After being stranded 48 hours in Madrid with no help or customer help at all he managed to get to Paris where the staff of Air France went out of their way to assist & ensure he got back home safely. We will never forget this and will chose Air France over other airlines. Please keep it up. Customer care is so important.

Slow website, not user friendly, nowhere to check-in or get boarding pass except for QR code at airport.

Klm and Air France have the worst customer service line. You will call them and get waited for hours and at the end the line will end up drop down. This is very bad and even their staffs have no clue about what they need to do to help me. I have called more than 20 times between Sunday and Wednesday yet no one can just help me to reschedule my flight. Everytime I spike to one of them will.ask me to hold on and later either the call will drop or they come back to me and ask to call another number and that number too will end telling me to call the previous number. So disappointed

The booking of the flights was absolutely easy. The process was simple, straightforward and easy to understand.
BUT trying to pay was a nightmare and confusing. Tried to pay with American Express which was on the drop down list. But when I entered the details to check the transaction fee, the process aborted. Tried again, same thing happened. Tried a different Amex and this time the fee was shown as 0.00. But on moving to actually pay, the process aborted again. Then saw on moving from booking to payment that Amex was not there. So tried a MasterCard. Same thing - aborted at transaction fee stage. Then tried another MasterCard and eventually payment went through.
SUBSEQUENTLY American Express were in touch with regards to possible fraudulent activity.
NUGHTMARE

A real shocker of an airline. I have travelled to 50+ countries and this is my worst experience yet with an airline. I booked a flight with a short stopover (1 hour). A few days later they cancelled my flight and took it upon themselves to change my ticket to flights with a real ropey stopover (over 8 hours). All links to get a refund just go round in circles. No way to message or email them. Only option is a queue to call them, listening for ages, telling you to go to their website to sort out your problems. Then told it takes several weeks to get a refund?!? Very fast taking my money !! Avoid like the plague

The most racist company I'm not surprised because it's France . I booked the ticket and when I went to the airport my flight was canceled!! this is not professional at all !!

There were problems with amending a flight through the website. I called the helpline phone number which took over an hour to answer. Unfortunately the person dealing with the query struggled both with what needed doing and with English.

Business class product is aweful.
A bland pasta on a long haul flight with zero choice and AC stuck on its lowest setting.
Air France response was basically, we dont care we have your money.

We had booked 3 flights with Air France to get us from Manchester UK to Melbourne AUS. We randomly went on our account and found that the flights had been cancelled? With no updates or communications from Air France at all. There was something about our documents not being on so we tried that but it wouldn't accept it. We tried to re-book the flights which just comes up with error. So currently on hold (and have been for a while) after several attempts where we were just cut off. Worst experience with booking flights. We can't afford to just pay for new flight and wait weeks for the refund. Current covid restrictions still allows us to make this trip and according to the website the flights we booked haven't actually been cancelled. but it won't let us re-book those flights. Awful and incredibly stressful.
