I've had many issues with this brokerage. I joined for their low spread and low commissions which were true.

When I first deposited capital, I deposited about 5k in BTC. Apparently, they didn't receive 500 of it and were short 500. I wrote a ticket and provided proof to them that the BTC did go through and it went through to the right address. Since then, they haven't responded.

Also, for the past month, I've been having issues with the web trader. I would click the web trader link and would click log in and nothing would happen. First, this happened once or twice, then it happened every day. This caused me to miss trading and miss out on many winning trades. For the past week, I have not been able to place a trade. This was tested with multiple platforms.

Recently, I would try the web trader and it would say "Account disabled by server administrator". The whole platform says this, regardless of if you're signed in or not. Again, tested on multiple platforms.

Then, I had enough of this scam and decided to withdraw the capitol I did have, but I couldn't even do that. I would click withdraw and it would give me an error. I submitted a ticket for that and still, no reply.

Then, Now, I try to even log in my account and as soon as I hit login, it brings me to an error page and says "This service is disabled now." Unbelievable, I can't log in, I can't trade, and I can't withdraw any of my money. I have no access to any of my money and can't even view my account. I tried logging in on many platforms and it's not just my account, this error is for everyone. I am currently unavailable to access or retrieve 6k from this scam broker. I've sent 5 tickets total, and no replies. I also emailed them, but no replies. Do not put money in this brokerage, I'm not even sure if they're down or what but I cannot access money or even an account.

Wanted to withdraw 40 US Dollar in USDC, did the withdrawl, which said they will charge 4% as a fee, should be like 2 dollars. Recieved a day later (what did take so long?, nobody knows) 24 USDC on my Binance.... never use this shady service

Since 2004, Air FX is the first company that has been honest, professional and capable in maintaining our air condition. They are timely in their response to a repair call and know what they are doing.

Terrible broker. I’m able to deposit money with in minutes but as far as making a withdraw it’s been more than 24 hours. I been hearing all these gurus been scamming traders with these terrible brokers and I’m starting to believe it smh

Terrible withdrawal process. You have to wait 24 hours + to receive your funds. Oh but to deposit, it’s a matter of minutes and you’re ready to trade. Seems like they’re out there to get you by the way that works.
Compared to other brokers like KOT4x, or ProsperityFX, Air FX is 👎. These other brokers release funds within a few hours.
The only good thing about this broker is the spreads, that’s about it.

Worst broker i've tried in a while. All the hype didn't live up to expectations. Below are the reasons.

-They charge 4.75% withdrawal fees. Never seen any broker do this. Even Hankotrade doesn't charge you to deposit or withdraw. I used the USDC crypto and never ever been charged this much just to withdraw. I withdrew $1000 and they sent me $960. So I lost $40 + just withdrawing.

-They claim same day withdrawal within business days and hours. Mine still took more than 24 hours to process and send. When you email them they claim high volume.

-Weird verification system. SMS verifications don't work. It has to be done manually. Everytime you have to upload a selfie and your ID. This is bad OpSec. No one knows how safe they handle this unencrypted sensitive data.

-No live chat. Instead they have a email ticketing system. You just get responded to with preprogrammed scripts sometimes and not address your actual issue.

-Very high comissions in comparison to Hankotrade. Only pro I can think of is the spreads and executions. But even then the high commissions cancel out the benefits.

-Bonus account is pitched and promoted but read in between the lines as you have to trade a particular high number of lot sizes before you're allowed to withdraw any profits. And if you trade indices you can't benefit from this. And oh unlike Hankotrade, leverage for indices is capped at 1:200 instead of 1:500.

In conclusion, I had an all around bad experience as new client and would not be coming back nor do I recommend. HeroFx is the sister if not the same company. Do as you wish with this information.

really good broker, deposits are fast and team support even faster. i have a 0 spread but it’s not really a 0 spread even when the price is under my sell entry point i’m still into loss for 1 pip o 2 but it’s fine

gave me -25 fee which was 50% of the withdrawal amount.

Air's team is so nice to beginners like me. When I first started using brokers, I wasn't exactly familiar with the process to activate my accounts.

I reached out to support about 10-12 times and I was always assisted all the way through my questions. A few of their team members are really solid with advising on security and other settings.

Super comfortable with all that Air has done for me this past month, special shoutout to Barry from the Concierge team for assisting me with my deposits :)

Never been with a broker that sends your money same day you make a withdraw! Plus its nice to have the affiliate money as cherry on top! Great works guys...

I like that they offer both zero commission accounts, and raw spread accounts. Deposits with Bitcoin are almost instant. Best affiliate structure I've seen,they pay up to $6 per lot traded on every referral. Spreads are up to par, execution speed and slippage is good (nothing out of the ordinary). They have a PAM/copy trading system that functions well. Best of all, is the withdrawals that i have ALWAYS received in less than 24 hours. My fastest withdrawal from start to finish took 15min! So if your looking for a reliable FX broker, AIR is the way to go.
