Cancelled my daughters flight at 24…

Cancelled my daughters flight at 24 hours notice leaving her alone in a foreign town to fend for herself. We booked her a hotel and she ate a KFC before being last to be called on another flight 24 hours later. Horrendous and stressful. Top it off after 6 months trying to get money for hotel and food Delta refuse as we don’t have original receipts just em bookings and credit card statements. Absolute disgrace. Avoid using these bunch of cowboys

DO NOT USE.

DO NOT USE.

Appalling customer service.

You cannot speak to a department to sort out the issues, you get transferred to the US who are closed, getting passed around on the phone in the hope you will give up. The baggage claim form does not work and there is no-one to help you. The customer service agent refused to give me his name and said there is nothing he can do.

I am owed a lot of money and cannot claim it back!

avis sur un cauchemar annoncé

nous avons pris un vol marseille montego bay avec delta airlines car cette compagnie paraissait sérieuse.
Les 2 premiers vols sont opérés par air france
Un premier vol retardé et les ennuis commencent.
A chaque étape de notre voyage on nous assure que nos bagages suivent.
Arrivé à montego bay aucun bagage et on fait un dossier pour retard de bagage.24 h après mon bagage est livry et est passé par panama city alors que nos bagages devaient suivre notre itinéraire.
72 heures après le bagage de mon compagnon n’est toujours pas arrivé
Nous devions passer 7 jours en jamaique nous avons perdu un jour à cause du vol retardé et sur place personne est capable de nous dire où est passé le bagage manquant.

air france et delta airlines font partie de la même alliance et se sous traitent les vols mais dès qu’un problème surgit les 2 compagnies se renvoient « la balle »

Great service

Travelled from Tampa, Florida to NY and to CPH. I was really impressed of the smooth proces and great service. We travelled 3 adults and 3 kids age 11, 13 and 2 and there was no problems in fx getting seats next to eachother, and no problems with luggage. The plains were with better space for the legs than other fligts I’ve tried and great amounts of intertainment to choose from. Nice service from smiling personel with snacks and sodas/coffee/water … Overall the best long flight EVER - and even with kids ✈️👍

Never travel Delta Air Lines

Never travel Delta Air Lines . They made us stay in the plane on the tarmac at Terminal 3 London Heathrow Airport (LHR) for 5 hours without any proper ventilation while they fixed some electrical fault. No water or snacks were provided till we had to remind them that we were thirsty, hot and hungry! We finally reached 2 days later at 2am in the morning so had to check into an airport hotel at that time! I have now got covid because of this obvious lack of ventilation and isolating with my family in the States for the next week l so our holiday is ruined! Very poor treatment and not enough care for customer safety and comfort.

Delta airlines Amsterdam airport 3…

My friends flew in Amsterdam airport 3 days ago and they never got their luggage ( still today). They have been told that The bags are at the airport and there is no way to get them back. It has been impossible to contact any person from customers service to help us address this situation and bring up a solution and send us the luggage.

Surprise super service getting me home ontime…

On a routine flight from Detroit to PSC via MSP, we got delayed by winter weather. With a close connection, we arrived in the last minutes of boarding my next plane home. "Oh well", I thought. "I'll see what can be done next to get me home. I'm lucky to be flying in Platinum awarded first class anyway. Life is good." When I stepped onto the jetway, I noticed someone holding a sign with my name on it. Alexandria, dressed in a crisp Delta uniform was searching for me to get me home on time. She knew I was late but able to make my next flight only with her help, so she saved my spot and picked me up outside the plane door. She wisked me down the baggage stairs to her DELTA BMW SUV waiting on the tarmac under the plane wings. My next flight had a minute or two to board still! She drove me to under my next plane, up the jetbridge stairs - confirmed my name was still on the manifest - checked me at the gate and saw me board my flight home. What a lovely surprise and excellent anticipation of service! Bravo Delta! I'll take that lesson home to use in my own business. And I appreciate the Platinum customer care. :)

I HAVE WAITED FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS

I HAVE WAITED FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS, ATTEMPTING TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER WITH AIRLINES. I'VE MADE ATTEMPT AFTER ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. WHAT HAS ANNOYED THE MOST, IS THAT THIS PROBLEM DIDN'T HAVE TO HAPPEN. I HAD BOOKED AND PAID DELTA OVER 1,200$$$. FOR 1ST CLASS ROUND TRIP TKTS. LVING FROM NY/LAGURDA TO IAH/HOUSTON TEXAS. UPON ARRIVING AT NY/LAGUARDIA, AND UPON ATTEMPTING TO CHECK OUR BAGS. THE LADY TOLD ME "WE HAD TO CHECK NLT 45 MINUTES ".I SAID TO THAT, WHAT SHE WAS TELLUNG ME WAS NOT TRUE. SHE CONTINUED TO REFUSE. SO IN ORDER TO KEEP FROM ESCALATING THE ANY FURTHER, IT WAS EITHER WAIT UNTIL THE NOON FLIGHT THAT 2 1ST CLASS SEATS, TAKE THE NEXT FLIGHT OUT, AND FLY IN COACH. SO, NEEDING TO BE IN HOUSTON, WE HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO FLY COACH. FOR 4 HOURS, I WAS MADDER THAN ALL GET OUT. I HAD TO PAY FOR MY DRINKS(2), AND TO INSULT TO INJURY, I PAUD FOR A AWFUL CHEESE AND FRUIT WHATEVER. FOR 4 HOURS, I WAS MADDER THAN HECK. I WANNA MAKE IT CLEAR, THAT IF I'M NOT FLYING 1ST CLASS, I'M NOT FLYING. WE RETURNED FROM IAH/HOUSTON BACK TO NY/LAGUARDIA ON 12 MARCH W/O ANY PROBLEM. FAST FORWARD, HERE IS THE ISSUE: WE RETURNED ON 12 MARCH, I MADE MY 1ST REQUEST ON MONDAY 16 MARCH, THE REP TOOK MY COMPLAINT. WHICH WAS: I PAID FOR 2 ROUND TRIP TKTS FROM NY/LAGUARDA TO IAH/HOUSTON AND RETURN. OUT BOUND, DUE TO NO FAULT OF MY OWN, I STILL HAD TO MAKE MY FLIGHT. EVEN IF IT MEANT, WE HAD TO RUN TO OUR GATE, LIKE OJ IN A HERTZ COMMERCIAL

I PAID FOR 2 1ST CLASS SEATS, AND FLY IN COACH. ALL I WAS FROM DELTA WAS THAT I BE REIMBURSED FOR THE DIFFERENCE, FROM WHAT I PAID TO FLY 1ST CLASS AND WHAT IT WOULD COST ME TO FLY COACH. CUSTOMER CARE, CLAIMS THAT 24 MARCH, IS WHEN THEY 1ST WERE MADE AWARE OF MY ISSUE. I WAS GIVEN A CASE NUMBER. ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION THE REP I'VE SPOKEN WERE JUST DOWN OUT RUDE. 1ST DELTA SAYS THEY TRY TO GET YOUR REFUND BACK TO WITHIN 7 DAYS. THEN THEY ARE SAYING WITHIN 21 DAYS, NOW THEY SAYING 30 DAYS, BECAUSE PANDEMIC. RIGHT NOW, I'VE PASSED ALL OF THESE DATES, AND THEN SOME. DELTA SUCKS BIG TIME.

ALL I WAS ASKING FROM DELTA WAS FOR THEM TO DO THE RIGHT THING. NOTHING MORE AND NOTHING LESS. MY CONFIRMATION NUMBER WAS: HO5CAD. TICKET#: 0062183221322. PASSENGERS: JOANN SANDERS AND DaNASIA MILLER. CASE NUMBER ISSUED BY CUSTOMER CARE: 035808911
