Michael is the ONLY HVAC tech I trust. He’s a true lifesaver for my bird and me!

I’ve had Michael McCormick from Air Medic Services, LLC as my HVAC G.O.A.T. since 2022, when he installed my system, and I’ve never looked back. From day one, he’s been there for me, no matter how many questions or how many times I’ve needed him. As a daddy of a Blue‑Crowned Conure with a sensitive respiratory system, that means a lot!

Michael doesn’t just fix the system, he goes above and beyond to make sure my bird is safe and healthy. He’s deeply understanding of birds’ respiratory needs and will educate himself if he doesn't know something.

Another strong quality he owns is his passion for education. He has spent countless hours just educating me on how HVAC systems work, what’s good for indoor air quality, and what’s not. We’ve talked systems, diagnostics, airflow, humidity, and bird‑safe maintenance until I felt like I actually knew what I was doing. I always learn new things from him!

He’s professional, friendly, honest, and easy to talk to, never pushy or salesy. He doesn’t try to upsell you on anything you don’t need, and he actually helps you save money when and where he can. No matter how demanding or detail‑oriented I am as a customer, he still follows through, still shows up, and still answers my questions with patience and compassion.

I’ve never lost trust or faith in his knowledge and abilities, and I can’t imagine trusting my HVAC (or my bird’s respiratory health) to anyone else. If you own a bird, have allergies, or just want someone who really knows their stuff and will go the extra mile for you, I’d highly recommend Michael to anyone and everyone.

Five stars, no question. Air Medic Services team is lucky to have him as a leader, and I’m lucky to have him as my G.O.A.T. HVAC MAN!!
