Bad customer service...difficult process
In multiple occasions, I tried the call center to amend my travel dates.. After very long wait on the line, and providing my reference booking of Airmiles and the airlines twice, the customer service rep just hang off. This is an unacceptable CS by any measure. She did not even try to call me back. The app does not have an easy access chat, it costs you a lot to change a flight while with airlines flex tickets is free, and the value of the miles highly depreciated over the last 5 years. How come a reputable company does not have a free 600 or 800 number?..are they shutting down?
