Great support!

I bought a key on G2A that turned out to be outdated, which meant I couldn’t activate my license. After contacting customer support, they helped me resolve the issue by activating my license through the verification program. They really listened to my concerns and made sure everything was sorted out.

Too exhausted to write how exhausted I am !

Three long years and still the same rubbish from this company.
I am so exhausted with them. I will sell my MPC x and I want ALL my money back for the software plugins like Delay pro that costs £86 but just keeps asking for a serial number every now and then like the rest of their stuff.
Don't buy it if you're smart

Customer service was amazing

Customer service was amazing. I ordered a plugin to the wrong account, which was a total error on my part. I thought it was going to a total pain to sort but they sorted within the hour of me emailing.

Whoever is in charge of this crap,this must be sued and shut down. Period. Incredibly stupid marketing and they put a super,super,super disgusting rising noise to their demo version where you can't even try one sound in the plugin. I hate this crap.

Careless

In short: support section of the site does not work, support links on the site lead to nowhere, I've opened a case and got back an email telling me what to do with an M1 Mac. I own a Windows laptop. They told me to reply if that didn't help, so I got back an email telling me to open another ticket. Sent a request to deactivate licenses on iLok's crap software, still nothing. Piece of advice: stay FAR AWAY from everyone who is under the inMusic brand's umbrella, stay FAR AWAY from iLok and Pace Anti Piracy (iLok's parent company)

Shouldn't be Legal.
Do not buy anything from them. I've bought a license, but haven't been able to use it because of support. Almost 3 months without the product I've paid for.
I have reported this to officials because it's the right thing to do.

customer disservice


The virtual instruments are actually pretty good if you can get them to work I just purchased the AEP subscription about half won't download from their website I could get a hold of Joe Biden a lot easier than their Tech Support If they do respond, which is rare. it takes several days to respond with no solution that works I have several virtual instruments that can be difficult to figure out such as GForce software but I've never got the problem not resolved (there have been many problems on my end) but the tech support is amazing and will go out of its way to help Stick with Force and Arturia as the top for product and support

Doesnt Work on New Macs & No Help Provided

One star is too much.

I purchased from this company and the install fails as the latest 2 MAC OS arent supported !!!!

Why sell something that doesnt work without clearly pointing this out at any time within the online sales journey

Subsequently i got one email suggesting I use alternatives such as different machines or virtual machines which is totally impractical given the fact all my other Music set-up is on the machine. Subsequent emails are then ignored

WORST SUPPORT EVER!

STOP SUPPORTING COMPANIES THAT USES iLok!

I've tried the support from AIR Music Tech and I have at the moment 5 cases opened with no solution at all. I've started to ask support 15th november, today is 30th november. 15 days for a single response and all emails I've received does not solved my problem because it depends from AIR employees to reset manually my activations.

I have a Macbook. When I update it to a new version of the operational system (like from 10.15.6 to 10.15.7) iLok recognizes my machine as a NEW macbook, then I was asked to authorize again all my licenses, spending 1 authorization for each one for nothing...

So, now I have TWO Machines in my ilok account, the SAME machines. The "Old" Macbook have 3 licenses activated with different Location ID. The "New" Macbook has 0 licenses activated. BUT THEY ARE EXACTLY THE SAME MACHINE! This is the problem, TWO machines are not TWO different macs, they are THE SAME.

I had 3 products activated and fully working, now these products are requesting NEW AUTHORIZATION... So, do you think it’s better to activate AGAIN and WASTE 1 activation?
